Preflop I think it is standard, flop cbet. Problematic is turn puts one of the worst card because hands like AK, KQ beats me now, when I bet again pockets like 99, 88 fold here, not many worse hands than my call so I decide check and opponent pot size bet here...
In this situation I fold, opponent is unknown

You have to acknowledge that the K turn hits you better than villain. He is the one that called open raise and called the Squeeze. I think there will be no AK there to be afraid of...

I don't really like to check the turn. When you do, you fold "blindly", because the villain could be betting his hand, or your weakness.
With the above said, I think frequently the villain will have set when they do that bet. The K is the perfect card for him to expect his set to be paid by AK or AA (both in your 3bet range):
AK you pay because you hit
AA you pay because you put him in AK more frequently than in set.
I don't think villain would shove a card that hits your range as much as the K, unless he has something strong, but again, after your check I know I'd shove sets, bluffs and semi-bluffs (SD and FD).

Also, and this from someone who usually opts for smaller betsizes, that flop shold've been in the $0.50+, imo, mainly bcs you are OOP.

Exactly this.
Bet the turn, fold if he shoves — and maybe not even then, but it depends on opponent's tendencies

So how much sizing bet when I put 30% stack on pot, when I cbet for half pot there I put 60% my stack on this spot and fold vs raise it is not so weak here where I put more stack money already?

Some people can't 3bet AK and play only call (They can't 3bet any hand only play call) so can have too AK, on nl2 everything is possible...

This is true. I've been to many showdowns where I'm like "how do you not 3 bet this?"
But I can't also just put villain on AK when a K hits the turn.

It does hit our range better, but villain called a raise and then a squeeze, they don't do this too light.

I think this sums it up.

I still don't know what I would do on this turn, I don't like check folding. If betting, how much, if we bet too small it might induce something and if we bet too big its kinda committing.

Considering the pot, something around $0.45 - $0.60. That would leave some space for fold, without saying "I will fold easily".

If betted $0.50 OTF, I think there's no fold with $1.20 behind, and $1.67 pot. Any T CBet would be in 1/2stack+, so better jam, imo.
P.S. If flop CBet was on this range, it is likely that villain would directly shove sets OTF, thus "allowing you to fold".

Against a unknown on NL2 I would Cbet more on the flop to like 40c and shove on most turns.
This way you don't need to over shove.
As played you could go for a blocker bet of around 30c, but than you need to fold againat a shove and that's nasty with around half your stack invested.
