BTM set on the river

This is a flop I would consider to lead with a set to get value. Decent change the original raiser would check behind 4 ways.

As played I would play the same way the turn and go for a 40c value bet and re-evaluate on further action. Offcourse if villain shoves you have a hard time, but even than it's tough to fold a set on NL2.

I would also lead the flop in this position HU. There are so many combos of worse hands out there and the villain doesn't really show much strength, so no need to panic on the river.

I would lead this flop for majority of the times, unless the PFR plays extremely aggressive and cbets almost every time even in MW pots.
I think the reason you check here, is to check/raise once PFR or any other player after you bets on this flop? If that's your plan, I would overbet the turn once it checks down to turn. (around 125% of the pot).
As played, I would bet around 70% on the River for value. There are quite a few Kx combos for CO that just improved his hand on the river and I wouldn't be so worried of JT or 99s. These are the type of spots you have to go for value to make profit at cash games, especially NL 2, and if you get shoved on, you can still easily fold your hand vs specific opponents.

Yes, I was planning on doing this, but I think it makes it a bit obvious what I'm holding, I rarely lead flops and I think it's something I should really change. ATM I am playing very ABC, it keeps me out of trouble for the most part and I think it's the best way to break out of 2NL.
