An overpair is unbeatable, and the bet is too large — so this all depends on opponents aggression tendencies — but it's GGPoker so unless you have notes you won't know.

If you think that he can bluff AK or AQ after checking back the flop, go for it.

You can also Cbet river of around 40c and fold to a shove. That makes it easier to play the hand I think.

I don't block bet nearly enough.

Preflop call is a bit wide for me.
On river, as the river card helps your range better, you can bet 30c and fold vs aggression.

I will do my analysis street by street:
- OR preflop is standard if you have weak players in the blinds
- OTF - I would bet small to protect a bit the hand and gain value from 7x and lower pairs (99, 88, etc)
- OTT - I will size up to take value from FDs OESDs etc probably 80% is fine. The size depends on the opponent, but without reads I would go 80%
- OTR - his range is stronger so I would block bet and fold to a raise. Since 8 is doubled now, there is a higher chance to be called by 8x 7x that got here.
If we check like in your case, we should do it with reads, for example if the opponents is very aggressive and he will take the opportunity to bluff.
Regarding your question, he has 99 and TT in his range, but TT will definitely raise the turn on such a wet board and we should value betting against 99 anyway since the flop.

The only combo making sense in villain hand, for me, is A♦K/Q♦ that can't fold turn and sees an open to bluff you in the river because you didn't bet it.
I agree with block betting river about $0.30.

Were BTN, SB and BB so weak they made worth that open from MP? If I get to see you bet/calling that from MP I'd be raising you everytime I had a blocker with a better kicker (J9+, JT+), speacially IP (CO and BTN).
