Hello fellow pokerstrategists!

I wasn't active in this community for few years now, but i have decided to come back with a bang :D (In a form of a challenge).
I starting playing poker with $50 from pokerstartegy and learned to play here.
The best poker community ever, great coaches and overall perfect environment for success, lead me to become professional poker player and coach.
These days i play poker professionally, cash, MTT's i played sng's even tested a bit of Omaha.
I decided to start a challenge 48 days ago to try to prove to myself and others that it's still possible in 2022 to start from scratch and make it in poker. I tracked my progress through blog on local poker site and now i wanted to get back in touch with community here and get, hopefully, bigger audience.

Enough for intro here are the rules for a challenge:

:diamond: Bankroll management: i play certain limit if i have above 60 bi's up to $30 and 100 bi's over $30 limits
:diamond: Once a week at minimum i analyze my database and post what i found
:diamond: After each session i post sstate of BR
:diamond: Only active days count toward challenge (i have 2 kids and mother that needs constant care so i can't predict off days always)
:diamond: I can reload twice if i go busto
:diamond: Rakeback/points/bonuses go into bankroll also and count towards challenge

***I busted once and made a reload so this is my 2nd try

I am playing at Winamax and GG network, but i might add other sites if needed.

In the next post i'll write current standings.

Gl to us legooooo!

Bankroll: $1695

Plus/minus: +$315

Winamax: 786eur

GGnetwork: $909

I played well throughout most of the session, made some good folds and i was applied pressure whenever i had i chance
Energy levels were great and as a result focus was on excellent level
At the begging of a session i made a mistake on bublle of $12 bounty hunter special and my biggest tilt trigger is when i make stupid mistake. I've managed to .maintaine composure which is small vicory for the day.

Notes to self:

:spade:Isolate limps BvB more
:spade:check/raise more
:spade: Don't autopilot bet sizings so often.

i had so many cashes and opportunities for a bigger score, but I'm not complaining, just have to do what is in my power.

Let's continue to play well and stay calm and focused!

One marathon session played and one shortened (because of Serbia Switzerland game)
Yesterday was one of those days when nothing we do can't change the outcome.
So many deep runs but we didn't manage to convert.
I am satisfied with my mental game, improvement is tangible. I am playing well and focused even though running very bad.
Weekend is time with family, so see you on monday and gl at the tables!

And now important things: let's go Serbiaaaa!!!!

Fisr session was shorter, due to family obligations, and i played mostly B and B- game, nothing worth nothing in particular

yesterday's sessino, on the other hand, was a rollercoaster of emotions, play styles etc
I started very nervously. spewing stacks, calling to lite, bareling too wide.
I was considering to quit a session and call it a day.
In that battle with myself i'm very glad that i persisted and forced myself to start playing calm and focused and slowly it was getting better.
In the last quarter i started playing very well, was laser focused and new in very spot that i was making right decision.
In the end winning that small battle vs myself is much more +ev than results, but i am glad that they were good also :D

I fogot how to resize a picture to make it smaller if Vorpall comes by i would appreciate help with that :f_confused:

Again i started nervously both sessions and then i improved my game over time.
Have to focus on better preparation for a session.

Played better throughout the sessions.
I started much more culm these sessions as that was serious issue.
I use some of Eliot Roe's MP3's and it helps
Had a lot of deep runs for some serious score, but i'm still happy with the results.
On day 60 i will do the 1st half recap of the challenge.

Solid, focused game throughout the session.
I started to do proper warm ups with practice mode in gto wizard and Eliot Roe's MP3's.
Anyway starting the grind now see you at the tables!

I started playing well and focused but at one point i got nervous and started calling lighter than i wanted to, especially turn and river.
Then at the final stages of session i was focused again and playing solid.
I had so many good stacks in largest tournaments that i play but gods of rng hated me today with such a pleasure :f_mad:

These 2 sessions were a rollercoaster of emotions.
First day i had most deep runs since the beginning of the challenge,
One of 1st 5 stacks 40 or 50 people left, in mostly huge field tournies.

It felt like i am going to finish challenge that day :f_drink:
Alas it all went sideways so i ended up in a bad mental state. :f_frown:
I wanted to quit playing but i overcame that and continued to play until the end.
Over 12 hours of registering with 12 tables running every single minute.
Another session was similar had early 2 final tables with 7th place as best and so it contnued.
results are not great but i am confident that i will crush
I am adding Ipoker also and shifting a session to start bit earlier as i am hoping to rest better (also huge factor in my mental crisis during the session)

Ipoker was a great decision games are soft and not too many people.
Software is worse, (i know, surprise Playtech's software is not so great  )
mostly because of small technical details and a slider smoothness but it's worth it.
Dynamics is different, tighter than on winamax and GG, so it will take few days to get to know villains better.

BE-ish results but game is much better than that.
I solidified most of the thing i wanted so far, with occasional looser call and spew on questionable river .
Working on PKO icm and it is not an easy task with so many possible variations but we will go one step at a time.

I played well throughout the session. Kept my composure when i finished 8th and 7th and also had copule of semi finals and other deep runs.
My game was not suffering at all and that is very good sign for time to come.
In the end Big Bang on Winamax was the one to let me through all the way

Today i had 14ha session, unfortunately because i was out fast on last tournies that i registered and that was from 12 to 12
I'm content with my game today i was focused through majority of the session.
I noticed that i am calling lighter in early stages which is something that i have to address i don't want to blead BB's early
Going strong tomorrow to try to finish 2022 in style.

I played shorter session because of downtime on GG and some personal stuff, but ot was fruitfull :)
I called less in bad spots which was caused mainly by lack of concentration.

Ipoker started to give :)

It is sometimes surprising how big a difference a small change can make!

Best of luck :gl:,

I played well most of the time, expect when i was tired and then tilting as a result of tiredness. so made some spews.
Mostly i was hyperfocused and really paid attention to small changes.

Alas gods of rng - Ipoker division - didn't take that into account and ran me to ground, although it was waaay softer then usuall as a result of regs mainly taking a break and Rec's playing under influence.

Now let's get back to Winamax series and bink some mirrions :f_drink:

Results say a lot, it was brutal week with so many deep runs and funny bad beat stories but i don't want to write about that

First i am not giving up, i will put extra effort into my grind schedule
2nd i played very well during this horrible period so that is something too look forward to.
I started to feel pressure of days left in challenge and that is something that i definitely don't want to happen. to chase results or play super long sessions to get back in green.
It's not the end of the world if i don't make it in time, I'll just continue to play and see how many days i do need to finish it.
Last but not least, i still have enough time to finish it, i just can't control rng but i can reduce it buy playing smaller fields, getting up earlier to manage variance better.

Long rant but i needed it to ease the pressure a bit.

Gl at the tables!

I didn't play much, i had personal stuff, but i managed to take a look at my hands and found some leaks that creeped in probably as a result of bad run/
I had some spews, and also called a bit lighter again, preflop aggression needs to be stepped up also.
Didn't help that i got disconnected without possibility to return and i was 2nd out of 4 with over 50 bb's huge whale as CL with 60 and other 2 with less than 20 bb's.
I finished 3rd and now waiting for refund, but im not sure am i going to get icm refund or how it is handled.

I'll post some hands next time, maybe someone will engage.

GL!
