What is the best option on the river?

I think calling river is fine. If you shove villain needs to over play weaker flushes to make it a profitable move.

Its a horrible spot, I always miss play these and every time I ask myself after "why didn't I just call". I am leaning towards both a call and a fold. What is MP calling down with, just a A now? And BTN, we are blocking some of his Kx and Jx FD range. Would BTN really raise a J or K flush here?

Button has full house too with for example A6, on flop with 66 or 44 he should bet in this spot.

I think a call on the river is fine. Folding would be to weak, as I do think he has got some bluffs (you are mostly repping Ax with the check on the flop and bet turn IMO) and weaker flushes (10-9 diamonds, 87 diamonds etc...) in his range aswell.

Usually calling the river is ok given the odds we get, If it was a shove probably I would fold

Raising multiway is strong on every micro limit... The size is also inviting for a call and that makes it even more suspicious...
