AQ TP on the river vs villain 2x shove

I think that you give villain way too wide of a range on the river.
I think it is more like this:
JJ, 88, 44, AJs+, A8s, AJo+, A8o

I often try to mirror myself in villains and that may be a big mistake, but nonetheless...

Imo, for villain to have 2x overbet in his repertoir, he should mix nuts and nuts blockers there.

Playing SB vs BB, if I was on villain shoes, I think I'd shove also K♥/Q♥J, as my hands have a lot of broadways, but reduced amount of :heart:s, if he holds the A, K or Q, and a J will block JJ in my hand. With hands like this he blocks a lot of my calling hands, thus a bluff could be a good play. No? I think I would bluff shove that board with such hands

You could also Cbet the flop with the nut flush draw, but as played I would fold against a over bet shove without reads. Tough to expect villain would bluff like this.

I am nowhere near your level of thinking, but what you are saying makes sense, but is villain capable of running that bluff? Do you ever check the nuts in a 3bp? And would you do it on this flop?

Are any other 10NL regs thinking like this besides you, because I am going to have to start studying a lot harder!!!

I don't think the pool is as donkier as I am.
Sometimes you see this kind of showdowns, but not often enough for me to tell you if they do it on that thought process, or any other reason.

One of the things I like on playing this way is that when they see this part of my range, they don't make sense of it and label me as even donkier than I am, leading to future profit. But I need to balance the frequency of such moves.
