I actually have two very similar hands here:

PokerStars - $0.05 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 110.2 BB
SB: 236 BB
BB: 100 BB
Hero (UTG): 118.2 BB
MP: 158 BB
CO: 259.8 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has K♠ K♥

Hero raises to 2.4 BB, fold, fold, BTN raises to 8.4 BB, fold, fold, Hero raises to 20 BB, BTN calls 11.6 BB

Flop: (41.4 BB, 2 players) 6♥ T♠ 6♣
Hero bets 22 BB, BTN calls 22 BB

Turn: (85.4 BB, 2 players) J♣
Hero bets 76.2 BB and is all-in,

Villain is unknown.
I think I tend to massively overplay my hands when I am in a larger pot (3bet or even 4bet). Realistically, I only bet QQ anymore, maybe AQs, AKs which peeled for its backdoors or something like ATs, KTs, but I think those hands are often pre against my 4-bet.

So what's the best line? I think given the SPR, I have a hard time getting out of these hands cheaply.

Similar situation.
I feel like the J is the worst possible card in the deck next to an A, so I felt by shoving only better hands will call. With the smaller bet, I was hoping to maybe induce bluffraises by AK, AQ, but in hindsight I think that this makes no sense.
So I feel like it's either shove turn or check/call? Can I ever find a fold given the odds and potsize?

I see that Pokerstars a lot of time likes put ******* turn (too hard for poker soft put for more better cards but must sh** comes again). Yes jack is the worst card that can comes. I think maybe should bet all in on flop when only turn comes sh**? (So if luckers must catch lucky card so should call JJ-QQ here vs overbet when they can't fold). If play standard QQ has very hard call again on this boards, second hand maybe AQ in diamond put all in too on turn but this hand still a lot of outs vs your kings. Sick runnout.

Do you ever 4bet than in this situation? If so, which hands and why would you shove directly?

I think this puts my hand pretty face up to be Kk+ and AK and I assume to get a lot of fold with hands that have little EQ.

In both hands I would most likely 4bet a little bit more out of position like 25bb in both spots.
Than you can cbet around the same amount and shove most turns.
It's interesting why you make a smaller bet on the turn in the 2nd hand when villain has a shorter stack if you compare it with the first hand.

I can’t really tell you my exact thought process anymore, but in that situation I perceived my hand a lot weaker than in the first situation, mostly because of KQ, JTs, T9s, maybe even J9s.

In the first hand, there is no danger of 2pairs and 6x is much more unlikely

In the first hand I think you played it well until the turn. I would check/call the turn. If you check most of the time he is not shoving unless he has JJ, or AA.
And maybe I am too tight sometimes but unless you know that the V is a fish I would not call a shove of 70 BB.

I think villains range would be tighter? But then you did 4bet a bit smaller. I think villain flats with TT+ AQs+

Not sure you need to think to much about percieved range on NL5.
