hey guys,

I will stream a part of my BR-Challenge today. I hope very much I get it all done with the technology. Check it out if you feel like it. I'm streaming a mix of english and german so that no community is missing out.

Dear Alchemists,

things are finally progressing. Did my first stream today and I must say that streaming poker looks easier than it is. I'm still missing some better settings in steamlabs, but I think streaming is exactly what I need right now. I think immersion in something I care about is exactly what is helping me out right now. I didn't run that well overall last week, but none said it was going to be easy. However, that is exactly something that excites me the most. Finally going new ways with things I never did before just like this blog has helped me so much. Now it's a matter of getting better step by step again and talking through my decisions out loud while streaming. Next, if I can get the streaming software to work properly, I can focus entirely on poker. I can only recommend this to anyone who is serious about poker to either record their own sessions or stream. That's it for now.

Dear Alchemists,

a rather quiet week with a few sessions and a lot of learning. Unfortunately I am still not at the volume that I would like to play. I think the next thing is to plan and structure my time properly on one side. On the one hand I want to finish the video and grind for you and on the other hand I want to do enough sports to get fit again. I also want to get ahead with my challenge here to show myself that I'm like this again in terms of my head.

Dear Alchemists,

I am happy to inform you that things are slowly getting better for me. I have a little more time to play again. I had to look for a new place, but I think the low point is finally over. I'm satisfied with the grinding so far. I'm not yet on the sample that I would like to play, but I think it's good for the beginning. It is important now to stay on the ball and not only for you to continue to create videos, but also continue to learn yourself.

Dear Alchemists,

after the turbulent last weeks and month I am glad to have more time for poker again. I'm still not quite fit, but I hope it will be alright. At the moment I try to grind a lot of daily lowstakes majors in the evening and continue learning in the morning. My routines are working out better and better and I feel more and more confident playing. Even though I had more time to play, the last two weeks didn't turn out so well, but overall I'm happy with my learning process and development. I hope that in the next month I will have as much time as possible to play and especially to continue learning myself. I really hope my video will be out soon for you. Privately I just have to arrange a move at the moment, but I'm very happy that I found something cooler here in Cologne. Sometimes you have to be lucky again;)

Dear Alchemists,

I hope you all slipped healthy into the new year and that you and your loved ones are doing well. I am very happy that I finally took real steps forward. I unfortunately had to face other challenges on top of my difficult breakup in the middle of the year.
On one hand, after my knee surgery at the beginning of the year, I had another surgery in December. Ran into the wrong people on the way home, unfortunately, at night, so I had to have my nose operated on. Very unpleasant, but also really urgent. I didn't even realize that you have to operate on something like that within a week.
Fortunately, everything went well during the operation, so after about four weeks I finally have no more problems.
On the other hand, I had to look for a new apartment because my landlord sold my apartment. Since I couldn't afford 420k for an apartment in Cologne, I've been busy looking for an apartment lately. In Cologne this is a real challenge. After countless viewings, I was then just lucky that an acquaintance moves with her husband in a house and so I got a much cooler apartment than before.
Unfortunately, just in this great time to grind, I could not play the amount I would have liked. Moving and having a new apartment ready was more important to me for now. Nevertheless, I hope that my new video will be released soon.
Furthermore I'm very happy that I'm allowed to take part in the poker meeting of and with Paxis on 23.01 at 20 o'clock CET. Probably I will show you some different SNGs at betonline and maybe draw one or the other parallel to MTTs. See you soon =)

P.S. Here's another podcast that I find very inspiring. Huberman is a neuro professor at Stanford and Willink is a Navy Seal Verteran. Very much, very cool analogies to poker and life in general. Huberman Lab

Having nothing else on your mind is really important when playing! Hope everything works out nice for you.
Def will give the podcast a try.

That's the reason I didn't play as much as I wanted to. You always bring your life to the table. That can really cost you a lot of money. For example, look at Joey Ingram, who also had a tough breakup, and look at how long it took him to recover before he was playing publicly again.

Dear Alchemists,
I'm in a downswing, but I'm more motivated than I've been in a long time. Today I participated in my first Stammtisch for the German pokerstrategy community and it was a lot of fun. I'm really looking forward to repeating it in two weeks. Until then I try to concentrate mainly on learning and producing the next video of my series for you. Enclosed I have listed my goals of the year for you today, so that you have a rough idea of what I am doing.
In two weeks, I'll write you the second part on my blog and show you what question I ask myself to achieve my poker goals.

- 1) Spend some time with your loved ones.
- 2) Be a successful low stakes mtt reg and work on my game constantly.
- 3) Play 22$ mtts regularly
- 4) Read at least 4 books (poker and other stuff)
- 5) Finish the main parts of the TMC
- 6) Start working on your health
- Stop drinking too much alcohol
- Exercise enough to keep the fat percentage below 20%.
- Eat higher quality foods and write what you are.
- Sleep well with the help of your Oura ring
- 7) Do your schoolwork as well as you can.
- 8) Continue your graduation successfully.
- 9) Work on your self-confidence and try to believe that one day it is possible to live your dream and become a professional.
- 10) Interrupt yourself when you have bad thoughts about the future and the past -> try to live in the now.
- 11) Do daily priming, meditation and journaling.
- 12) Keep your home nice, clean and cozy.
- 13) Maybe one day fall in love again

If you have any questions about any point I will be happy to explain them to you. See you soon.
