Results are a bit better, hopefully we can ride a wave!
I also had some close 4th, 6th and 7th places for some bigger bink, but not complaining.
I played solid mostly, cutting down the calling 1st and foremost.
I also noticed that i play 5$ BI's with less concentration and focusing on 15$ etc.
That's a leak that follows me throughout my carrier.
As a result i decided to play only $5 limits for few days to regain focus on them and i hope it worked i;ll monitor it closely going forward, since it's reoccurring problem.

I played somewhat lifeless game these days.
It wasn't too tight or too wide just some auto pilot without any energy
I guess it's partly due to being tired i have to pay attention to energy levels.
That's it for this update: short and tasteless as was my game 
And yeah i really appreciate you guys posting and giving me some moral boost i need it at this point
You lost less than 10% of your roll, which isn't bad as downswings go.

One of the things that I had to work on, was playing when I am not tired. I used to play after I got home from work and when my family got to sleep, so I played at the end of the day (from 10PM to around 4AM ) and also when I was feeling really tired.
Now when I feel tired after a hard day of work I do not touch poker, just relax or sleep.

Solid advice i do agree.
Sometimes i feel, when i miss a day that i didn't plan too, like i am procrastinating although i know that is not the case, it's just my mind playing tricks on me

I played with a lot more focus and energy and tried to keep energy levels same as much as i could.
I think i did a pretty good job at that i took a break after very long session and came refreshed day after.
Regarding tourneys i had so many finals and good opportunities to get bigger scores and had some mistakes in them, which i focus on these days during study.
I have to apply more pressure even though opponents are prone to calling wider that they should especially preflop allins. I just have to focus even more on nonshowdown winnings in those very sensitive icm spots.
Anyway something to work on, looking forward to it!

My game was solid and stable, executing mostly what i wanted.
Had few slips where i start to call wider, definitely my first leak emerging when i get out of focus
I didn't have time to analyze some spots that i wanted, but i'll use next weekend to do it

Riding the wave!
Preparing mentally for (hopefully) small swing down 
I was playing well, hero folding all the time and taking chips without showdown executing, (mostly) controlled aggression with few spazzes here and there.
I stopped to register on some faster structures, and applying stricter reentry and late reg rules.
Also trying to play smaller fields as much as i can and all of this helped with decreasing variance

I am now more strict, for bounty tourneys it's not under 60 bb's unless it's super soft and on the lower side of the buyins where i go to 50 bb's.
Regular mtt's 50+, 40+ for lower buyins and deepest structures.

I am satisfied with my game, most of the time i was playing well.
had a lot of chances, finals and semi finals but unfortunately nothing binked worth noting.
I didn't have time to do what i planned so i'll take extra day off.

Have you tried to play the GGMasters Overlay, since you had the bankroll on GGPoker and you are more then capable to cash into it. Or you just play smaller fields tournaments?
