Preflop: Hero is BU with 7♠, 7♣
UTG2 raises to $0.20, MP1 folds, MP2 calls $0.20, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.20, SB calls $0.18, BB calls $0.15.

Flop: ($1.00) 7♦, 8♣, K♥ (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG2 bets $0.63 (All-In), MP2 calls $0.63, Hero calls $0.63, 2 folds.

Turn: ($2.89) K♠ (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets $1.00, MP2 calls $1.00.

River: ($4.89) 8♠ (3 players)
MP2 bets $1.04 (All-In), Hero folds, MP2 gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $4.89

I think I really should have bet 1/2 - 2/3 of the pot on the turn to see where I was at.

PS, I did not realise this at the table but MP2 was short as well. So I should have just put him all in on the turn. fml _mad:

Preflop: I would fold, even if I hit I won't win much. Remember -call20-

Flop: I would reraise there to $1.79, then shove on the Turn

As played, I dont think a raise on the flop is necessary.

With another bet on the turn, MP2 is committed anyways and the board is very dry.

When Calling BB and SB may call with a Kx .

But MP2 did have 20+BB, I was also had position being on the button. If I missed I can let it go.
^^
edit: oops, i'm still thinking (from memory) he had a fullstack. Sorry.

I would still call river. Pot is already pretty big, no point folding now. Sure he's likely to have a 8 or a K but I would justify it as a info call.

I would try to shove on the flop straight away.

Hi,

Fold it preflop, these guys don't have enough money behind.

Raising the flop to get it in is fine, the midstack guy probably can't fold Kx there.

Calling the flop and shoving the turn is fine too, no need to make small bets.

Hope it helps.
