Take a break and recharge when you're feeling overwhelmed. Stepping away from the table, taking deep breaths, and engaging in some self-care can help you come back refreshed, focused, and ready to tackle the game with a clear mind. π
Sometimes still feel angry, I think that playerpool is too nitty on micro (I can't go all in preflop with aces, with kings more times vs aces only), with big aces like AK/AQ very hard catch board and continue action...

There is a difference between open-raising, flat-calling or 3Betting.
At NL2, I think that the 3Bet is always the way to go.
In any other position, if a nitty player opens ahead of me, I'll 3Bet jam JJ+ and AK+ and fold the rest. I'll even fold JJ from time to time.
If I'm open raising, I open 3x and jam 4Bet with the same range and fold the rest to a 3Bet. I leave a ton of money on the table this way,
On the other hand, I steal quite wide from BU and SB β esp against tight players.
In other words, I don't mind nits so much

I know that is difference but You know how many times I missed board in 3bet pots with AK/AQ for example. More players just call open raise or 3bet preflop with AK, QQ+ than play aggressive with weak hands preflop.
Play today battle royal on GGjoker, limper on every hand which limp preflop catch something, ok can one or two times catch but not in every hand..

I play the freerolls on 888 every day, and (almost) every day there is some goof with a huge stack who does that. And yes, they hit over and over and over again.
Sometimes it all gets taken away eventually, sometimes they run very deep.
Here is a forum search for "desperation equity" where I posted hands where I won with very unlikely hands under threat of busting out.
The primary difference is that I don't do it every hand.
I feel the worst poker player on GGjoker, nothing works only situation like here:

Maybe time to give up, I can't win something here...

Thanks ***** lose 4BI in this hands today (only lose, lose and lose...)
Bad cards can't keep a good player down! Take a break if needed, but remember that luck can change in an instant. Keep your head up, stick to your strategies, and let's conquer those tables together! ππ»
I can't be stronger again **** like here:

I can't win only lose in style like here...
Good that in another hand I take cash out in action with JJ on flop J98 rainbow vs 99 vs J7o because river comes ten...
How many times turn or river must sucks and they call with everything preflop raise and must double or triple up...
I have small motivation for games after last sessions game. I lose pots when opponents cold call on MP open raise UTG with 44 because must catch set, cold call raise on SB with ATo, another player donkbet for pot on 4bet pot with top set, people go all in preflop with hands like T8o or open limp or min raise after somebody limps have very big stacks on table...
For another example I lose vs short stack on situation when he call big bet on flop KJ6 rainbow when he limp-call preflop with A6s. I try analise, put some hands on forum and more but fishes play random and win more times...
I play on this time session (one hour) but can't change results.
The worst thing is that I try Play good how I can and nothing work...

It sounds like a break of a few days to do some database analysis might help.
We've all been through this, and if you're not careful, you'll begin to doubt your sanity.
But I have too many unfair coolers on bad site. I analise hands and not many times win (seriously it is too hard to get good spots too?).

Forgive me if I have posted this before:
https://www.primedope.com/poker-variance-calculator/
When you go there, you'll see several 100,000-hand runs for a simulated player with a "true" winrate of 10BB/100. Now look at the worst of the set of runs.
Scary, innit?
I see this calculator and IT is not look good...
After last session I think one of the main problem for me is situation when I can't connect with board (for example when I defend blind or open raise with Ax suited I can't hit even backdoor postflop). And when I have bad run session when I finally get strony hand is bad cooler like set vs straight.
I must train with very bad boards but I think the best way is just fold most times (in no coordinate boards cbet and when get call just surrender hand).
I think try Play more spins (0.25/1$) for a period time instant cash games (I play spins for daily freebie and when I have tournament dolars and I don't have bad results).

Absolutely this is the best way.
"No pair, no draw, no play"
I once had a list of "rules" when I was streaming.
If I remember correctly, rule #1 was "fold your trash"
In next part mission impossible should be stack off with aces preflop or with monster hand postflop on lowest stakes.
First in this month all in preflop with aces on microstakes!!!
