This is a situation where I noticed I lose a lot of money, it's kind of destroying my BB/100... What line should I follow, without particular reads on villain?

What's with the shitty bet OTT? Bigger bet, up to 75%,. You have decent hand, you want value. OTR just shove man. You are up against 60 bb stack. An indication of weak, recreational player. He is commited and never folding weaker J or pocket pair

You are not bleeding money. It's a cooler. Your line is correct on every street. But your sizes sucks. This is what you to want to fix. Bet big when you have a decent hand

OTT I bet 1/3 pot as board is kinda dry, I'm not scared of a lot of draws, so my thinking is, with 2/3 pot I could scare low pairs away.

And moreover, don't you think that villain's raise all-in OTR means he definitely has more than top pair? That's where I think I leak... I never believe villains. what do you think?

Absolutely. Most of the time you are beaten against such a raise OTR.

You dont get the point here. When you have decent hand you want to build a pot. In order to build a pot you should bet big.

You are result oriented

Ok, thank you. I should have bet more OTT. As played, I feel like I'm committed and can't fold OTR. But that's exactly how I'm losing money against wild villain ranges :/

Why are we betting? Let's ask ourselves that first.
OTR you bet half his stack and then when he shoves, the fact you now are committed is the problem? Was this not caused by yourself? By your previous action?
We really have to think about why we are betting.

Let me help you a little. Your pre-flop iso-raise is good, we raise 5x vs a limp and get called and play AJo in position. We flop good and want to go for value against two players, your size for this is fine here. Think about what kind of hands call here. Draws (QT, 78, T8s, KQ), Pairs (55, 66, 77, 88, TT, KJ, QJ, TJ, J8s), Trips (9x) . Maybe they have some random Ax overcards. Most of these hands we crush on the flop and we still crush them on this 3 of clubs turn. On the turn we want value. We can just go $1,50 here. Think again about what will call. Some draws and pocket pairs might want to fold, maybe QT and T8s continues. He's probably not folding (88, TT, KJ, JQ, JT) - this is the hands we want to target and get value from.

The river kind of sucks because now it's more difficult for him to call with a hand like KJ or JQ, but we still shove and hope he has trouble folding a weaker jack. Good thing is we now also beat his QQ/KK that he might have and slow-played or his random Ax type of hand that happened to have called twice and now has a pair.

This time he happened to have the 9 which sucks and is just a cooler; most of the time he doesn't. If we play the same hand against the same player for 100 times, we win money most of the time, that is the point.

Just a final tip: Please just never bet half the size of your opponents stack, because it makes no sense. In general we bet for two reasons (I know there are more reasons, but I'm simplifying for the sake of a clear explanation). We either bet to bluff or we bet for value. When we bluff, we can make it really small (for example 1/3th pot) because then it doesn't have to work often to be profitable and when they shove we have an easy fold. When we value-bet we want to make it big and just put them all-in in case of your hand. We allow them to make a mistake by calling too light. If you bet only half his stack, you miss value. And if you bet half his stack as a bluff, you loose too much money when he shoves all-in.
