You always bring your life to the table. That can really cost you a lot of money.

Why do we still do this when we know the outcome? I've been thinking about this for awhile now, I know I shouldn't play but I still do, maybe to get my mind off other things? It's different to tilt that starts at the tables.

Yeah I have played years to clear my mind and was a rec in the purest meaning of the word.
For me adding a warm up before each session has been really succesfull. It preps your mind for poker to start session and after session you do a small cool down to put poker to rest and pick up life.

Dear Alchemists,
I am still deep in the downswing, but I am satisfied with my game. I'm erasing much less and can concentrate much better again. The rest will come by itself now. I think I might be able to play during the week again, which makes me mega happy. I think with more tournaments in total I should be over the hill soon. The poker meeting today was very cool again, I made two small mistakes, but that's normal. From a sports point of view it's going very well. I've already lost 9 kilos and hope to lose a few more. It is finally not as I have wished, but it goes forward. Thanks again for your support, that means a lot to me. I have already recorded the next video. Also here again the please: Send me your tournament histories, because I would like to review the one or the other as a whole for a new video.

Truth is that I got a ton of downlikes from the german community for not streaming yesrerday. I can't play because I'm ill. I have herpes on my lip and I can't stream with it. I'm also pissed off after spending so much time on the layout. Next week is carnival here in Cologne, so I won't be streaming there either. Maybe my video will come out before then. Then you'll at least have some content.

Thanks VorpalF2F thats very kind of you.

Dear Alchemists,
I am happy to announce that my new video about pushing in MTT is in the starting blocks. I will also add a StartupRanges for you to the homework post as soon as I can. Also very cool in the last two weeks was the interview I did with Pokerstrategy for you guys. I had a break-even week myself, which I can be happy with. Sometimes it's not so easy to cope with the fact that one side is negative longer than the others because of the volume. I think the advantage of only being able to play one side is that you only have one value to pay attention to. Strictly speaking, by adding the sides it is the same, but I just don't want to have to send money from one side to the other all the time and bear unnecessary additional costs. Nevertheless, I will produce in the next two weeks the folge video of our series. See you soon.

Dear Alchemists,
I will stream today in any case from about 20:00 [GMT+1] clock for you. Yesterday I tried the layout on the micros and will stream a mix of german and english so that people have the time to understand me. Check it out if you can make it. I would be happy about tips. I explain as many hands as I can manage while playing. Must stream, first still learn when playing and just practice that.
