Pretty decent payout — what game were you playing?

Pre-flop seems fine, but I favour a bigger flop CBet.
Turn sucks — I'm not raising this, but the call should be fine.
Good fold OTR I think — even if opponent is overplaying a Q, there is too much you don't beat. Have I ever mentioned that I'm 🐔?

Do you use a tracker?
One of the stats that I pay attention to is "River Call Efficiency" — it tells you if you're calling river bets too often (or for too much $).
This was one of my biggest leaks, and it takes me a lot of effort not to call sometimes, and I might even over compensate, but it seems to be working.

I don't use tracker, tbh I don't even know what my vpip/pfr nowadays is.

First I turned off hud, because I find it better to look for cards than numbers.

Then I cut off graphs because I was too result oriented.

I'm not saying it's better but it works for me.

According to this you still had equity, although I could not see what cards could come where you win,.

Villain calling a 3bet could be ok, but calling a 4bet is wrong in my opinion. And raise/shoving with a gutter and two overs, thats just a tilt move I guess. He got lucky that time, you played it fine. Yes eights and nines could be in his range, but you can mark that guy as a rec/maniac

Idk, cold calling 3 bet on small blind with that hand seems bit off to me.

Let's be honest, my poker challenge seems to be stuck.
I'm tired by playing so much of poker, but the results don't show my effort.
I'm so sure I'm going right way, I'm getting better every day, I believe it's just question of time when I will finish this challenge that I'm working on for last 11 months.
425$ in 11 months might seem like a waste of time, but I believe I'm at a right way of beating this game.
