I want to hear what the experts say on this, but I think I call at least once with this holding.

If you think his range is so AAxx heavy you should fold your hand preflop because having an Ace yourself you are basically playing with 2 -cards and a set-miner which does not give you the implieds to call a 3bet even if you manage to stack him postflop with your set. Your flushdraw won´´t hit enough equity to justify a call.

Against the pot bet the flop fold is fine. Without any additional value beside the flushdraw it´s a marginal fold. But you have to be pretty sure that villain is so tight here otherwise your line is highly exploitative/exploitable.

Being out of position, having a disconnected pair or an Ace are factors that indicate your hand should be folded against a 3bet. The latter 2 hold true here.
