when i go to cash out to neteller you asking my account ID. do you mean the 12 digit acc ID or the email which i am using for my neteller acc?
cos by std ppl use the email for sending money between accounts (same way as at skrill)

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details necessary .

Ok, if anyone ever wonders in the future - I got a response from support that it should be the 12-digit (or 9-digit for newer accounts) number, waiting for my payout now
