I did that thing that "they" do

GG Poker - $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by Holdem Manager 3

MP: $2.00 (100 bb)
CO: $0.62 (31 bb)
BTN: $2.14 (107 bb)
SB: $1.77 (88.5 bb)
Hero (BB): $2.53 (126.5 bb)
UTG: $2.23 (111.5 bb)

SB posts $0.01, Hero posts BB $0.02

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.03) Hero has Q♣: Q♦:
fold, MP raises to $0.06, CO calls $0.06, BTN raises to $0.31, fold, Hero calls $0.29, 2 folds

Flop: ($0.75, 2 players) 2♦: 4♣: K♠:
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.25, Hero calls $0.25

Turn: ($1.25, 2 players) 9♠:
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($1.25, 2 players) 8♣:
Hero?

I don't care if he has KK, I will go broke here proudly, and I'll run it once.

I prefer 4bet too here preflop with cold call we get better odds to call MP/CO too and we get multiway action without position when 1/2 times comes overcard on board in this case.

I'm solidly in the 4-Bet/Shove pre camp.
If your 4-Bet gets called, you have authoritah[1] to CBet the K-high board, but you need be willing to fold to the shove.
Nits can do this with AK even AQ if they think that you yourself are playing a bit wide.
Which is why you play a bit wide in the first place.
