bet sizing 4bet pot AK

Pre-flop I would most likely make it at least 30bb out of position for 122bb effective. Than villain doesn't get decent odds to call in position and it will be easier to Cbet small on flop to get it in on the turn.

As played I would size up the flop to like 25bb and shove the turn. Than you don't need to over bet shove the turn like now.
As played I would Cbet turn around 25bb and shove the river with a little bit more than pot size behind with the nut flush blocker.

its only 107bb effective with 30bb 4bet i am almost committed to the pot i think on most flops
or am i wrong?

'effective' means how deep you are with your opponent. If you have 500bb and opponent 103bb then you are effectively 103bb deep, not 500 or some random number.

Why bet half pot if we can just range bet for smaller sizing and simplify a lot our strategy?

The SB (Hero) is the effective stack in this hand. The rest of the players folding right away and the villain in the BB has a stack of 456,8bb. That makes the effective stack 122bb. I don't get it how a villain with 103bb stack that folded right away could be the effective stack.

I would try to get it in on 2 streets, but if hero bets a lot smaller like now you need to make a small turn to get it in on the river without over shoving the turn.

4bet size preflop is fine. I would bet 35% pot on flop, 35% pot on turn, and 35% pot on river or I might change my mind and shove river.

This board is great for our hand in terms of value but not so much for the villain's calling range, imo.

Now imagine, having KhQh here as the Hero, am I gonna TBAI? You bet I will.
