Since you have a magnificent lifetime record playing on mobile, why not give KKPoker a go?
See: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/kkpoker/
Note that there are rakeback benefits for PokerStrategy.com members

Nah, those apps are just lol.

I tried WPT Global and wow, just wow. Couldn't find my way around it very well - didn't really have many tournaments either and it's very hard to find, well everything!

It's missing some important features and as for Responsible Gaming tools....

Plus, another site, that prefers shilling casino rather than poker....

I really fear for this industry.

In the world of poker, he was a legend,
A man whose skill knew no end,
With a heart full of passion and a mind sharp as steel,
Doyle Brunson was a force to be reckoned with, that was the deal.

He played the game with a fierce intensity,
With a focus and a drive that defied all gravity,
He knew the odds, he knew the cards,
He knew the game inside and out, he was never caught off-guard.

From Texas to Vegas, he ruled the scene,
A true master of the game, a living poker machine,
His prowess at the table was a sight to behold,
A true poker genius, his story will forever be told.

He won ten bracelets, a feat unmatched,
A true poker icon, his legacy will never be dispatched,
His impact on the game was profound,
And his legend will always be around.

So let us raise a glass to Doyle Brunson,
The man who played the game like no one,
May his memory live on forevermore,
And may his spirit continue to soar.

RIP Doyle x

Hey there! I am absolutely bursting with excitement as I sit down to write this blog post. Today, I want to share a monumental achievement in my life—one that has completely transformed me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Brace yourselves because I've successfully shed 49 pounds, going from 223 lbs to 174 lbs (16st to 12.3st)! It's been an incredible journey filled with dedication, discipline, and unyielding determination, and I can't wait to spill all the details!

Let me take you back to the moment when everything changed. It was a gloomy morning, and I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I was tired, sluggish, and unhappy with the person staring back at me. That was my turning point—the instant I decided to take control of my life and embark on a journey to reclaim my health and happiness.

After committing to this incredible transformation, I knew I had to make some significant lifestyle changes. I started by incorporating regular exercise into my routine via my exercise bike. Each day brought me closer to my goals. The energy I felt after exercising was truly invigorating, pushing me to new limits and surpassing every obstacle in my path.

While exercise played a crucial role, I also understood the importance of nourishing my body with wholesome, nutritious food. I bid farewell to processed snacks and embraced a balanced diet full of fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and the occasional chocolate bar. Finding joy in cooking and experimenting with healthy recipes became a fulfilling part of my journey.

Weight loss is not just about physical changes; it's equally important to cultivate a positive mindset. I reminded myself of the bigger picture and the incredible progress I had already made.

Throughout this journey, I made sure to celebrate every milestone. From dropping the first five pounds to reaching significant checkpoints, I took time to acknowledge and reward myself for the dedication and hard work I had put in. These mini-celebrations fueled my motivation and propelled me forward, even during the toughest moments.

I am eternally grateful for the support of my loved ones. Their encouragement, understanding, and belief in my abilities gave me the strength to keep pushing when doubts arose. Their presence made a world of difference in my weight loss journey.

Now, here I stand, a completely transformed person from the one who first decided to make a change. Losing 49 pounds has not only brought me closer to my goal weight but has also gifted me a newfound zest for life. I feel healthier, more confident, and brimming with energy like never before. This journey has taught me that with dedication, consistency, and an unshakeable belief in oneself, anything is possible.

To everyone reading this, remember that your dreams and aspirations are within reach. Whether it's weight loss, a career change, or personal growth, embrace the challenge, and never give up. You have the power to redefine yourself and create a life that surpasses your wildest dreams. Here's to a healthier, happier you!

I'm not fully over the line yet - I would like to lose another few lbs and get to 168 lbs 12 stone (76.2kg) and then set some boundaries where my weight cannot increase over. I will also re-introduce calories slowly into my diet so I don't bounce back hard and fast!

Thank you for joining me on this adventure. Let's inspire and uplift one another as we continue to strive for greatness.

Bravo, UPAY!
That´s the way to go! I was a bit chubby as a child and my weight loss journey lies far behind me (36 years ago) but since then, I have always watched my diet. It´s not just mere counting calories, but also living mainly on whole, nutritious foods. I follow the 80:20 principle: 80 % whole, natural and healthy foods, 20 % junk! _biggrin:_thumbsup:

Thx but it's like you said at some point you decide and then you just do. And it's in all the small things everyday. But when you exercise, take a more healthy path for nutrisioun you get the motivation from in you. It's all a bit floathy but it is true :) .

Update:

Jan 1st: 16st (approx but probably higher) / 224 lbs / 101.6kg
Feb 1st: 15st 9 / 220.5 lbs / 100kg
Mar 1st: 14st 11 / 207 lbs / 93.9kg
Apr 1st 13st 10.5 / 192.5 lbs / 87.3kg
May 1st: 13st 1.5 / 183.5 lbs / 83.2kg
June 1st: 12st 4 / 172 lbs / 78kg

Let's do ONE more month and finish the job before my vacation in July!

Plan:
30km cycles (Mon-Friday)
Saturday and Sunday off as rest (can be alternated with weekdays if feeling shitty during a specific day) but 5 out of every 7 days in any case
1,500 daily calories intake
Hoping to end at 11st 12 / 166lbs / 75.2kg

11st 12 gives me 2lbs flex when increasing cals again and hope to maintain at 12st from there onwards....

Fuck it, we are so close and I'm in good shape, might as well finish the job now!
