Did I make the correct fold.
I think I did.

Nl5

SB: $6.99
Bb: $19.69
Utg: 5.77
Mp: 6.67
Co: 5.05
Btn (hero) : 5.05

Hero has KK

Preflop:
Utg: fold
Mp: fold
Co: raise to 0.13
Hero: 3b to 0.48
SB: call
Bb: fold
Co: call

Pot: $1.49
3 way flop, flop comes:
3s 9h 10c
SB: check
Co: check
Hero: bet $1.22
SB: call
Co: shove

At this point, I felt that he likely has hit a set. And I folded.

SB then calls.

SB show: Qs10s
Co show: 33

Wow. Today is the day.

3 times QQ shove pre, 2 times run into AA, the other time to KK

AA shove pre 2 times, no one call.

KK shove pre, 2 times into AK both hit A, last time into 77, river a 7.

All within 6hours. Hahaha....

Anyone has any free online resources that I can read or watch?

I expect that's villain depenended, but than it's smart to make notes on those crazy villains that calling with ATC.

Nice fold. I am never folding a overpair on a flop shove on 5NL/10NL for 100bb without any more info.
This can be a leak of me I don't know

We play to ranges, so if the most logical range for opponent contains more cards that you beat than cards that you don't, you call.

Depends on the player of course, and depends on the flop.
So holding A♠:A♥: I'll consider folding it to a check/raise on 6♣:7♣:8♣: for example especially a shove from an otherwise passive short stack. Opponent has so many sets, straights, straight draws, flushes and flush draws that it isn't worth continuing (for me anyway)

There is less chance that I can 3bet in this situation. So sometimes I just shove pre.

Spoiler: and I still get called by 63o 120bb deep. Run 3 times, lose all. Hahhahaha.

Fun thing, AA vs 63o is 85 vs 15% with just 0.2% split chance (i.e. straight on board)
Excluding card removal effects from previous runs, that means your chance of loosing 3 is 15%^3 = 0.3375%. That is really bad luck...

Also, welcome to our BR challenge!

I just checked my last 10KK and last 10AA.
6/20 of them didn't make it to the flop.
7/20 were preflop shove, I won 1.
The remaining 7, 5 ended at the flop when I bet, 1 I was rivered, 1 I made it to the river and won. Hahaha.

My explanation was a bit short sighted. On a rainbow 39T board against an unknown I have trouble folding my overpair on the flop.

Would my misplay be not raising at the flop despite a straight board?

I tend to think more that raising 2, 2.5 or 3bb preflop doesn't really have an impact in mirco stakes. I'm at nl2 now.

Shoved 3 rockets today.

1st: villain folds
2nd: 89s calls and flop striaghts...
3rd: 10 10 call and flop quads. Hahahah, but lucky there was an Ace on board, so I had the bad beat jackpot of 131.08...

My BR is now 250, should I move on to nl5.
That would be 50buy in

Hand of the day:

Nl2, rush

SB 2.80
Bb 3.37
Utg 5.48
Hero: 1.86
Co: 2.03
Btn: 8.14

Hero has Ac Qc

Preflop:
Utg fold
Hero raise to 0.05
Co call
Btn fold
SB fold
Bb call

Flop, 3 way, Ad 3h 4s
Bb check
Hero bet 0.12
Co call bb fold

Turn, heads up, 8h
Hero bet 0.24
Co call

River 8s
Hero bet 0.37
Co all in

Should I have check the turn? I think he still would have gone all in at the river.
Should I have called the river.
I put him on a weaker kicker and called.

He showed 44.

I think you can very much utilize the typical behaviour of microstakes players to your favor:
- they call too often with medium hands
- they rarely bluff in big pots
as a result, raises on the river should be respected, even with Top Pair, good kicker. You should clearly fold in such spots unless you have specific reads on villains. This means you could be abused as you would fold a lot of hands - but in that player pool nobody realistically does that.

Pre weekend update.
Br reached a high at 280, and I went nl5. Got slaughtered and realized the power of 3betting oop. Br down to about 150 and I'm going back to nl2.

Over the past 3 days, I entered the $2hyper mtt.
Itm for 2 of them and the last one didn't cash.

Now back at nl2, I'll try and take what I've learnt from nl5 and hopefully I can return back to nl5 soon.

Took the option to run... Both clubs. Hahaha.
I'm such situations.... Is cashing out better in the long run?

That's just unlucky I think. On long run I would only run once without cashing out.
Not sure you had any info about the UTG player, but normally I would 3bet at least 3x out of position and Cbet flop and bet on every street agains a unknown.

Weekly update.
I did realize that I need to control myself when I get rivered. I would go more aggro, go up the stakes and try to fight back. (that could be because I'm Asian? Hahahaa).

So my bankroll dropped down about 50 during the mid week. Decided to read up more on 3b calling and betting range, and also touched on the topic of overbearing.

So from Friday till sun, I stuck to nl2, controlled my tilt even when I get rivered. I got my bankroll up to 84

Ggpoker has now released bankroll prop bets. Might wanna get my hands on it. Haha. I'm planning to do bets on $1 (max 5). And only rush nl2 with a target of $5 within 8hrs.
