Running bad and playing not that great.
Some hands of my last session:

Bad play by me. River is always a shove when we bet turn given we block a lot of Kx combos.

Hands that got me bit tilted:

Of course he has this and not one of the bazillion missed draws and two pair combos :(

Ouch. Running it twice no help to win flips

In other news will be playing 5/5 this weekend but if I play crappy like in the first hand it will not turn out that great I think.

Quick update on 5/5 session:

Started of going to a low point of -800
Called a river with a set on a double board PLO bomb pot wrong for a 600-700$ pot.

3-bet KQo over an ISO raise and a call in a standup game (70$ payout if you lose) to 100 where just me in the other guy standing in button and original raiser call. 774 flop. Check, I bet 150$, button shoves.. I fold and goto pay 70$

Got AQ UTG +1, UTG straddle to 10.. I raise to 40... Get 3-bet to 120$, call... Low number board... Check/fold.. bye bye 120$.

The turn around with starting stack at 780$ (am in for 1.6k at this point):

Big double board PLO bomb pot with me going all in 3 way with nuts on one... Scoop half the pot increasing my stack over 1k

KK Vs 99:
I open to 20 UTG, 1-2 callers.. BB 3-bets to 80, I 4bet to 200
BB calls.. flop K high+ flush draw, C bet 150.. call
Turn 9, check I bet 400... Get c/r all in . Snap call
Scoop 1.7-1.8k pot

Last hand which I got very lucky.. we are over 1k deep each:
QQ middle I open to 20
1-2 caller, SB or BB 3-bet to 80.. I flat as we are deep.

Flop 9 high and flush draw if I recall.
He leads for almost pot of around 180-200. I call
Turn blank... He bets 350, I call.
River Q, he pushes all in, I call show immediately and take 2k+ pot. He claims to have KK.

Overall won 1.7k

Some nice big hands in your live session :profit:
The feeling live when they check/raise you allin and then we make the snapcall and throw our KKK instantly in their face. That's an awesome feeling

So haven't played online poker for over a month now as didn't feel like it somehow.

Played some live poker though at a 1/3 game.

Best hand of the night:
1.1k stacks effectively.

Preflop:
UTG straddle to 6
UTG+ 1 raise to 25. (He is a decent player and bought it to match my stack.)
Hero in BU with AQo, flats.
UTG calls (very high vpip)

Flop:
KTx with spade draw. Hero has no spade.
UTG check
UTG+1 bets 26
Hero flats as we are deep
UTG calls

Turn:
J of diamond.
UTG check
UTG+1 bets 88
Hero raises to 200 or 225
UTG fold
UTG+1 shove
Hero calls

River blank
UTG+1 shows Q9o

Hero wins 2.2k+ pot

Ended the night with 1.7k profit.

Live BR at 15k now.

It’s frustrating to be up and then watch those gains slip away. One thing that’s helped me avoid the passive calling trap is to decide pre-flop whether I’m going to be aggressive or fold. That way, I avoid those awkward spots where I’m not sure if I should call or raise later. Also, getting hit by sets is tough, but it happens to everyone. It’s great that you’re recognizing these patterns and trying to adjust.

I've had similar experiences, and tweaking my strategy over time has definitely helped. By the way, I’ve been enjoying playing different casino games on wuzz88. It's been a fun way to mix things up when poker sessions get frustrating.
