In position calling as usual for set value. Flop came very low, I am calling, I am still ahead of a big range (overcards). On Turn, he is betting like 2/3, for me it does not make sense to call here as I am not expecting on this limit to bet twice with just some overcards and my chance to improve are very small...

At least 2 street call, but You can raise the flop for Velue and protection as well

I don't think there is to much value in raising the flop. All better pairs will call or 3bet and ace high will fold. If you raise you get only action of 77 and maybe 55 that you beat.

On the turn I would call most of the time, but is villain depended. if villain is tight a fold isn't to bad.

You could randomize this decision, 50% Call - 50% Fold. This way you reduce the down- and upside of your play. Say the pure decision (100% Call or Fold) has -2, +2 EV-range, then with randomization it becomes -1, +1 such that the decision itself has less impact on your winrate.

Maybe i would reraise flop for 25 Than 1/3 turn River check and there is Velue and cheap showdown as well as protection as well.
