Yes it has gone for me as well.
Here is the relevant part of my chat with PokerStars customer service this morning.

The Deal has been taken down due to a technical issue. Our teams are working hard to resolve the issue and will update players with any progress.
Unfortunately, I cannot give you any time-frame. But our programmers are doing their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I wonder if the "technical issue" is that the RNG somehow blocked anyone from winning. OTOH, I did get quads twice in the last month or so, and I had never got them ever before since 2020

It appears that there was a spin last night at 05:27 GMT
I don't have any indication of what the jackpot was at the time.

Appreciate the update Vorpal the jackpot is the biggest I've seen it before!

What's happen with "The Deal"? Yesterday, there was about $788k. Did somebody hit the jackpot?

I don't think anyone did — if that had happened, we would have been paid out.

When this happened in the past, either the jackpot kept growing, or it just stalled.
The fact they took it down, seems to indicate that there is a bigger problem.

So I guess every 12 hours I'll check to see if it is available

Hopefully it will be fixed soon for the players that can participate in it.

Indeed. Most of the time a technical problem I guess.

If a technical issue takes 3 days to resolve it's not a good company though ♦

I wonder if eventually Stars will stop the Deal altogether...

Maybe it's harder for them to fix it during the weekend than a normal day, but not sure

Time will tell. Off course it would be weird if they would stop it now with the huge jackpot they have now.

That's a long time. Than it's really tough to fix it. Maybe they didn't expect that the jackpot would be so high and that the software couldn't handle it, but that's speculation on my part.

I'm starting to think that the 'technical issue' was just an excuse to pull the game.

From memory the jackpot was at $780k or so when it went. If it's not returning then the most equitable thing to do would be to distribute those funds in some way. Perhaps a freeroll for those who'd played in the week prior to it disappearing (each play counts for 1,000 starting chips, or something like that). They could also do a straight distribution of funds, which would double the payments as there's no single jackpot winner.

Ultimately, something along these lines has to happen. Stars simply cancelling the game and retaining all the accumulated funds (which come from StarsCoin deductions) would be a very bad look for them.

Seen a post somewhere it will be back on Monday.
