Call or 3b pre is fine. Considering the hh fold is probably also reasonable for you.

Flop bet is fine, sizing should be smaller but not a big deal.

Turn check is objectively very bad and you should just pure barrel this vs. 99.9% of people

River call is also objectively very bad and you should always raise. A jam is like 10x pot and although that is unironically probably okay with this hand, it would be best if you just used a sizing that was reasonable for the majority of your raising range of 2p+, so raising to around $4 would be much more reasonable.

Every single AX, TT-KK with a heart, 55/44 with heart from fish, etc.

When you have a strong hand, you need to play it aggressive and put as much money in the pot as possible.

Annalise all options and calculate the best.

I think when checked , 3 street value bet is the best option

I would go for 3 streets of value with the flush. Any on the river will reduce the action if you check and could end you with the 2nd best hand as well.

If he had KQh its a bad luck because more combination of Qh or Kh he doesnt have in his utg range most probably.

1) Pre-flop call is OK
2) Bet is OK
3) Turn you should just bet
4) River it is a jam.

A LOT. Theory wise this is 100% check from his side. In check/call range he should have a lot of AJ-AK,A2-A5, even sets. Its easy bet, just make sure you dont go too big.

Also about river - if you consider raise you should always ask yourself what is bottom of his valuebet range. Look carefully on sizing. He is betting 1/3. What he is representing there? Only flushes? Not really, you stabbed flop and checkback turn so he can assume you are weak and so he may find valuebets even with strong ace. Thats why its mandatory raise. Like BrokenStars I like smaller raise. I dont think all-in makes much sense there. with J high flush.

GTO chart is perfect. In position we have a lot of options. Its easier to win with bluff . As checked the chart You have a lot of Ax high x hand on You range. Not Many flush combinations . Play the hand agressive, he Might Think you were bluffing and call down or find a bluff or overplaying . Too strong hand to slow down . If it was a cooler you were going broke.

Just go over the dynamics of this hand, you bet the flop and you check the turn. So in his eyes you either mist your draw or you have Ax. So I will raise river knowing he will call me happily here. The way you played makes a perfect setup to check raise the river. You will get almost the same amount money in to a pot as we bet all streets but with checking on turn he will call more happily our check raise river...
