Blackrain makes good videos and I like it as well. My big advise to you is to read easy game volume 1. All the needed basics to beat micro levels are in there.
I promise to you it will change your mindset and def your game in a profitable way.

I need take a break. For me it is unbelieve to only 2 times stack off peflop with aces for more than 22k hands (in one tournament I could all in preflop with aces). Too hard for me to get value with strong hands and when opponents calls very often get lucky turn or river. Maybe for some time I back to nl2 to build motivation again and repair mindset. I need to win some big pots and pots when reacreations players not get lucky.

Unlucky. But I like this quote: “small hand, small pot, big hand, big pot” you are building a large pot in which you are only called by better hands.

For this hand I just check call flip and fold turn when 4th spade hit.

In this spot I prefer push all in on flop, many cards on the turn/river are bad here.
Positive is lasy time I get better run so results are better too.

The suites are maybe hard to read, because they are all black, but I would play for stacks on the flop as well. A set is rare in a blind war and you block 2 of them.
