I got that this morning also.
I won't miss starscoin, and I won't miss the deal.
In the entire time I've been on PokerStars I only ever bought a couple of things from the reward store — both were discontinued items and dirt cheap.
I won't play the deal between now and the end — I'll have a ticket to the flipament, so maybe I'll win something there.
I'll try to time my chest completion to match the cutoff though.

I have still useless star coins, because I can't play anymore. Not sure what will happen with those coins.

at 21:00 tonight, the jackpot stood at 99823, so it looks like we'll break $100,000 by morning.

You'll notice that since the end of StarsCoin was announced, there has been a sharp increase in the number of players.

I might even play — for old time's sake.

So already more than 100k. Up to the 200k jackpot, but that will take a while.

I thought that it would end tonight at midnight Eastern time, but the jackpot increased slightly after that.
I could not play it this morning though.

I presume that the final wrap-up will be tomorrow.
I also expected StarsCoin to disappear, but they haven't yet.

We will see. Nothing changed for me so far.

I got $2.42 from it, as it was based on StarsCoins used to play it since the last jackpot. I suspect the max payout was something around $4, unless someone was playing 70 coins twice a day religiously.

Quite an underwhelming end to The Deal, but it's been an interesting distraction while it was available.

I understand that there is an all-in freeroll yet to come. I'll cash in after that

That's not to much of a reward, but better something than nothing. Not sure what will happen to my star coins with in mind I can't play since 1 october 2022 on PokerStars.

At this point, there are 41,697 entries, and it was 41,688 when I started this post.
