GTO or Exploitive?

or just plain overplaying it?

PokerStars has brought back their cash game leaderboards — which I like — but to participate I need to play NL Hold'em — which I don't.
I'm playing quite tight (22/17/7) I will 3Bet or fold, only flatting with pocket pairs.
In this case, both my GTO chart and my old-school chart says this is a flat vs either position open, but what about both of 'em?

Is AJo strong enough to 3Bet? I sure don't want to fold it, but post-flop I'm OOP, and squeezing gives me initiative.

What to the experts think?

PokerStars Zoom, Hold'em No Limit - $0.10/$0.25 - 6 players

UTG: $25.09 (100 bb)
MP: $25.00 (100 bb)
CO: $25.00 (100 bb)
BU: $27.48 (110 bb)
SB: $8.92 (36 bb)
BB (Hero): $25.00 (100 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.35) Hero is BB with A♠:J♠:
2 players fold, CO raises to $0.62, 1 fold, SB calls $0.52, Hero 3-bets to $2.78, 2 players fold

Total pot: $1.86 (Rake: $0)
BB (Hero) wins $1.86

How flatting AJs (not offsuit) is 'exploitative'?
Notice that BB should squeeze more in 'GTO World' than 3bet when facing only initial raiser. There are two reasons for this:
1. A lot of hands you would defend to open(with call) are borderline, however when there are not one but two players already in pot then those hands are already folding because your share in pot is smaller. You dont need to 'protect' your bottom range by calling decent hands so you can just raise more.
2. Opponents should be worried how to play against strong and merged squeeze range, not you. Also main part of profitability of squeezing hands like AJ is in preflop when you get folds. And if they call then you still can hit decent hand and win big pot postflop.

In the end its decent hand to squeeze.

It's a mix pre

Spoiler

With how NL25 plays, however - you can just pure squeeze and be happy about it here, SB will be in a very hard spot vs you and you will realize more of your equity than vs solver

EDIT: You sly dog Vorpal, you tested me, I didn't pay attention here

Is AJo strong enough to 3Bet?

You actually have AJ suited, and SB is 36 bigs deep

Just squeeze both AJs and AJo 100% of the time
