Opponent is unknown player. On this flop I don't think cbet good here so I check, opponent bets small and vs this size I call. On the turn I check-fold on this card and vs this sizing.

WP, you can x/c or cbet on flop. Its not as bad board as you think - you have all sets in range, JTs and overpairs.

I would most likely Cbet. If you don't cbet it will be tough to win without hitting the straight on later streets and that is tough with only 4 outs.
