I have transferred thousands of dollars to and from my account in the past year or more and not 1 cent has gone missing!

yes you are right, they transfer their funds to me which they are promotion abuser.

the pokerstars security should check the collusion before they transfer the funds right?

I dont understand what you want to say and complain about. Sounds like your saying that pokerstars has transfered money to you and your angry about it.....

i bought some dollars to other player and those player were bonus abuser as per pokerstars, their poker security department should strict on transfer fund they should investigate the account before transferring funds to regulars player but they failed to do that and passing the blame to their regular player...
