I've been thinking about which poker site I should start playing cash games on when the time comes.

While exploring the PokerStars site, I noticed one day that there are good satellite tournaments for Sunday Million.
One 50 seats guarantee satellite should be won first and then win 100 seats guarantee satellite to be able to play in Sunday Million.
Two satellites is my maximum, which I usually agree to spend my time with. I've never been a fan of satellites where you have to go through multiple satellites to play in the main tournament.

I have already tried a few tournaments, but I haven't succeeded yet, and it would seem that I have some kind of chance to get through the satellites. I just have to really focus on trying to get through.

Also PokerStars would seem to be a good option to move after the freerolls.

It depends on how much time you want to put in, how quickly you want to move up. If you do not commit a lot of time, then chose one of those obscure sites like party, where are no leaderboards. You want to not get crushed by rake and you also do not want to chase rakeraces on micros (so I would not play on GG for that reason, if you do not play huge volume). Stars also have good cash games.
But to be honest, on micros chose what you like, where you can get action at your play times and you should be fine, they are soft everywhere

So your plan is to move from freerolls to money games and play tournaments, right? Have you ever considered playing nl2-nl5 cash tables? Or are you only tournament type of player?

Well it's good to have patience, especially in the world of poker. The lifestyle overhaul has been very helpful in getting my patience back, which I lost due to bad life habits.

After the freerolls, the plan is to start playing NL2 6-max cash games with Modern Beginner's guide.
Somewhere in the distant future, the plan would be after I have learned enough to learn something new and i am comfortably enough in NLH cash games to also study and master the best possible way NLH-tournaments, Pot limit omaha cash and tournaments.

I try to occasionally throw something potentially interesting in here.

Thanks, i've been lucky today, made it to money in five tournaments. Although only for the first couple position after bubble in every tournament. But I have to be happy with what I get.
