you played it fine, don´t think he calls you down too light and you likely gonna get your free showdown
you have 1/2 pot left on the river. i think i shove. he should have 4bettet hands like JJ+. the Q rarely helps him. his calldown looks weak on this board. since he is unknown you dont know if he is going to bluff his busted fd on the river.
Why do you 3Bet so high? Do you bluff 3Bet at all? I would not raise more then 10 maybe 11 even OOP.
As played I shove the River cause I dont want him to bluff me off the hand with a busted draw or some other fairytale hand.
I like the 3bet size. OOP is better 3betting a little bigger.
3bet pots are always dificult to play. A lot of factors may count. Is he an agressive player? How he plays his mosnters? what is his 4bet%, fold to 3bet?
without further information, I bet/bet/bet.
I think the 3betsize is fine.
Flop and turn are also ok, but i'd bet a bit bigger on the turn since you give him very good odds.
But i'm not sure about the river, since you gave no stats or reads at all i think i like a shove, too.
C/c might be a bit of a negative freeroll since villain will check all his mediocre hands behind (with which he would call a bet with) and only bet a polarized range which could easily contain a lot more valuehands than bluffs.
