fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, SB calls 2.5 BB, fold

Flop: (7.8 BB, 2 players) 6♥ 2♥ 6♣
SB checks, Hero bets 5 BB, SB raises to 23.52 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 16.8 BB and is all-in

Turn: (51.4 BB, 2 players) 8♠

River: (51.4 BB, 2 players) T♦

SB shows Q♣ Q♠ (Two Pair, Queens and Sixes)
(Pre 81%, Flop 88%, Turn 95%)

Could I have done anything different here?

Pre-flop I would raise like between 2 and 2,5x.
Post flop a half pot Cbet is more than enough on a pretty dry board I think.
I don't think I can fold on the shove. Villain can have a flush draw and a better over pair seems unlikely, but is villain depended.

Why raise 2x or 2.5x?

Isn't 3x the standard?

3x is standard at the beginning of a tournament, but is a little bit old school style.
Now we most of the time min raise on every position except the SB I think.

I think is more important to have the same opening bet for every range , if you open 3x with top range and 2x with bottom range then it is rong . Sb have a lot there and that hand plays by himself. Gl next time !

Indeed, but on the micro's you get away with a bet sizing tell like that.
