2-7 Open Face Chinese Poker - people who know this game know it.

Some risky play got us into this position, where we have a flush in the back and a pair of nines on top, which is not doing much for us, but at least earns us a small amount of extra points. We still need to make our low in the middle, however, which needs to be T-low or better to qualify.

Luckily, our opponent, who had a dangerous hand with aces on top, just fouled, so we are drawing for free. In the worst case, we just tie, and if we hit, we still scoop with our mediocre hand.

Well, well... our hand just got considerably less mediocre. :f_eek: We got our T-low - and we also hit a one-outer for trip nines on top, which we can legally place there thanks to our flush in the back.
