Pre is fine. Calling flop pot bet with just nfd is bit questionable as often getting enough implieds when improving can be tough. Plus we tend to often face another barrel when opponents pots flop so it's less likely to get river for free. That said this guy seems maniac so we could also have lot of implieds.

As played we unblock lot of potential combos that can continue so I would raise turn 3/4 pot or so. With aim to shove unpairing river.

As played on river pot raise. If he has straight flush then we lose. Villain is playing absurd amount of hands so do we really assume he folds that many flushes?

I would say that you can't really call flop pot bet with just a flush draw. You would need quite a lot of implied odds, like here you need almost a pot as value if spade comes one the turn. As played, shove river.
