Complete and Incomplete Raises
An incomplete raise does not reopen the betting, i.e. players who have already acted in the betting round cannot raise again. They can only call the incomplete raise or fold.

If your bet was 0.20 and MP went all-in you would have been able to re-raise.
If BTN raised to 0.48 you would have been able to re-raise.

I have moved the hand to the hand discussion board. There fits it better.
Indeed. You need to beware about the stack sizes of all players if you making a bet. Now you bet bigger than the short stack can raise and than is calling the only option when villain shoves and the other player is just over calling.

In the end I would consider to raise the flop for value to isolate the short stack for 25c in total.
As played is only the sizing on the river a little bit to much, but that's something to work on for next time.

I think 20c would be the perfect size on the river.

Can you explain a bit more about the 20c bet sizing on the river? Interested in why 20c is better than 24c here, since it seems like a very small difference to me.

If I read this correctly, a bet of 20c by you on the river still gets the shove from the MP (he's always going all in here with his boat), the B still calls but then you have the option to raise as the shove is equal to a min raise of your river bet. This potentially allows you to get more value out of the B who may still call another bet, particularly if they put you on a bare Q which they can easily do considering how the hand was played.

Betting 24c, while it seems a larger bet loses you the option of getting any further value out of the B. It's something that is easily overlooked in the heat of the moment, particularly if you are maybe facing action on another table or two, however being aware of stack sizes and their relation to bet sizes is both useful and important to become familiar with. I've been guilty of costing myself value by making similar errors in the past.
