Just something that bugs me:
The (German) leaderboard points for PLO and NLHE ring games are calculated by using the Rush and Cash formular.
But points are supposed to be accumulated by the number of Raked Hands played.
Please take a look into the German leaderboards and maybe update the Terms and Conditions or change the formular.

Mobile app last time is works unstable. Very long time opening and when I take daily frebbie, app block and I must restart again.

Hello everyone,
recently I experienced reoccuring software crashes during my play on GG.
The application just shuts itself down for no apparent reason.
Let's put it that way that timing out during Spin and Gold isn't the most +ev play you can choose of.
Does anyone have the same issues with the software?
Any solutions?

Edit: Will German players be included in the Lunar New Year promo? For my understanding, we will be included in the Cashdrops but there will be no added value in the leaderboards. Is this correct?

I can'withdraw my money. I have there money but it is not possible to withdraw it. I am from Slovakia and made deposit via debit card VISA and MASTERCARD byt with withdraw there is problem with REGULATION. But i dont understand thiis problem, because with DEPOSIT there was NO PROBLEM.
What should I do?
I dont want make new deposit via other payment method without possibility withdraw it.

Hello. I am from Germany and wasn´t able to withdrawal to my old deposit-method. The support said that a Cashout to a Bankaccount is always possible without a prior deposit. So I choosed SEPA -> Fast Bank Transfer -> Entering IBAN and it worked out ( Processing time is around 3 days and it´s like 1-1,5 days in status requested ) Don´t know if it´s the same for your country. I read the new rules.
And there are some very unpleasant things for me.
There are many things that are considered unacceptable activities that can lead to a player's account being banned.
1. If I sit down at a table and immediately leave because there are no weak players.
2. If I consciously look for tables where there are weak players.
3. If I won a big pot and want to leave
4. I avoid strong opponents.
This sounds to me like if you lose it's not a problem, but if you win it will be a problem.
These rules can be applied to a winning player at any time, and then the ban will come.

As always, even If you don't like the rules, it is best to follow them — or just stop playing there. There are lots of things that made me leave poker rooms over the past 20 years. All of the rules you mentioned are easily complied with. The ones that make me leave are usually related to deposit/withdrawal.
In your case, congratulations are in order for actually reading the rules. Many don't.
