Please note that the money will be revoked after a set period of time if you don't use it. In order to not lose the money, log into your WPT Global account and play a few games of poker

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
They will be able to help you if you signed up using a PokerStrategy.com link. If not, they may be able to advise you on the next steps going forward.
I also suggest you contact WPT support with the same information
