+$0.10 in 50 minutes, rapid session at 5am :f_biggrin::f_thumbsup: A little bit of NL2, trying to prepare for NL2, but that looks super high. Gotta love this game.

Stuff going well, staying below NL2, sometimes playing it a little bit. Today's hand on Stars... tanked on turn for few seconds. Very unlikely that he would play Ax this way, and I have seen people also making this type of bluffs in those spots on these stakes.

PokerStars - $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

UTG: 35 BB
MP: 99 BB
CO: 100 BB (VPIP: 24.32, PFR: 21.62, 3Bet Preflop: 6.67, Hands: 37)
BTN: 101 BB
SB: 86.5 BB
Hero (BB): 100 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♦ T♠

UTG raises to 2 BB, fold, fold, fold, SB calls 1.5 BB, Hero calls 1 BB

Flop: (6 BB, 3 players) A♣ Q♥ A♦
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks

Turn: (6 BB, 3 players) 7♠
SB bets 84.5 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 84.5 BB, fold

River: (175 BB, 2 players) 6♦

SB cashed out 8 BB for a fee of 0 BB

SB shows 9♠ 7♥ (Two Pair, Aces and Sevens)
(Pre 34%, Flop 1%, Turn 5%)
Hero shows Q♦ T♠ (Two Pair, Aces and Queens)
(Pre 66%, Flop 99%, Turn 95%)
Hero wins 166 BB

Today at +$0, lost a 80bb stack vs big overshove on river, rivered Qhi flush vs rivered Ahi flush. Wouldve made deep run in the T$0.25 45man SnG if this didnt happen. Quite happy with my play overall, played many free tourneys at once.

Gamedev-wise, looks like the client has moved to education part of the business from the games part... education is like umm?? for me, especially education for grown-ups. Father, grandfather and mother work in uni though, maybe somehow get info from there, what to offer in the education part for grown-ups? No clue.

My 2€ bank deposit at GG is 4.6€ now, to withdraw I need €10, so maybe deposit 10€ from Skrill and play a bit at NL2. Not bad the +2.6€ bonus, GG has the toughest NL2 tables though... 🤨

Deep in tank on this one... Vanessa Selbst herself on DC 4 years ago, inspired me to go pro again, this time in NL. Was located separately 2km from girlfriend, I could win easily on NL5, but got scared (the whole separation, a bit too much unknown). So then I quit again for like 3 years (2021-2023). Started smaller again and FL again in 2024, huge crusher at lowest possible stakes, together again with family. Better than separation and playing higher. But if I want to take online poker seriously, would be wise to play NL2+, as it is more available. Not sure though and not ready yet for deep and real online poker career. Would be good step to take it seriously.

Yeah I'll do that but adding ashtanga yoga practice, which makes me happy.

Min Skrill deposit was 30€ on GG, now im on 37€ something, i probably have to play at least few days to withdraw. Crazy site :D Opted in for Welcome bonus, might also get some rakeback with NL2. They advocate fair play and i get a chance to play vs stronger players very very cheap. I probably have small ~5bb/100 edge also, not sure.

My next app/game will be DeerPoker, it will be fullscreen pokergame like online ones, but 16+ and offline. So much fun to build my own superb casino, then sell it as game in my store.

So I added the minimum 30€ to GG, played for 2 days, and withdrew €37. They were allowing it to my surprise and the money was on my card in 30 seconds. I forgot that I had cleared the 2€ bank deposit by playing anyway, maybe that's why they allowed it.

GG is nasty site but useful in arsenal and for learning tricks vs a certain type of player pool.

GG very casino-heavy, no edge, hard to win. They make sure you don't have edge or something. I don't know how they made that.

"16 years at PokerStrategy, 4 of them professional, what advice would you give to a new player who is trying to become professional?"
-"You don't have to. There's plenty of other things to do in life. It is good practice, the online poker, but it doesn't have to be "higher and higher stakes at all costs". This would be my advice to young me."

Happy, taking shots at NL2, studying a lot. Perfect gameplan, it took like 4 years to find it. Training soccer with kids for fun/physical training, running my new gamedev company. NLHE is bigger game than I thought.

But yea if you can't do that high-air volley to impress the older son, life isn't worth much :f_thumbsup: They went to actual soccer training the last two months, my 8-year and 6-year old sons, to a real soccer club. Yesterday was first competition. I had never even seen a soccer match other than from TV. Older son was like real hope for the team, everyone was getting emotional. We have him so trained up at our playground, he shot from like 20 meters alone vs 3 opponents. Most impressive was one time when opponent was coming towards him fast, he just dribbled fast to the left. They didn't win of course the whole tournament, there were some real pros there, but they had 3 wins and 2 losses. But yeah the two brothers were playing on the same team, with numbers on shirts and everything, children's soccer :f_thumbsup::f_biggrin:

+10,93€ in April, happy to have another +month, played less and lower and also moving more towards gamedev... Poker is so nice though that I love the daily practice of it. Interesting month with a lot of education.

Waiting for a good opportunity to raid Stars, atm super busy with kids and regs know me a bit too much there.

In gamedev found a good work-around for the "no small compiler"-problem, i could just use py-to-exe, and voila, the app is accesible for the user. I already demonstrated it to girlfriend with a quick-one-file-"commandprompt"-audioplayer, that Python has. Gives a deep cave feeling the "black" window. That Python "scripting" language is powerful, i only need games but i can even make software with it.

Up like +3,50€ in 0.20€ to 0.50€ SnGs in 1 hour, ran pretty well this time. The freeroll for good tickets is still going where I will soon be in the money.

Getting off meds again. I found the source of the psychosis: overuse of Amanita Muscaria psychedelic mushroom. So I quit both anti-psychosis meds and the mushroom usage, those trips were a bit too dark and strange...

Poker-wise won a free €1 sng today where i beat the field of 6 players for +€3.50 in less than 30 minutes. I love the poker "market", how they run sites etc.

The goal was to make the gaming business profitable, while it was making -€9/month because of website hosting costs and only +0.50€/month by selling the self-made video games on that website. So I added "playing online poker" and easily succeeded "a profitable gaming empire".

Again, this month I am already +7€ in online poker with very little gameplay, like 3 hours or something. Today, after many months of poker efforts I am stopping for a while. In 2 days I will go and discuss a gamedev workshop with a youth centre worker, that workshop promises to bring about +150€/month or more starting from September. I am really happy about my "many-months-sports-effort", this really made me to give my best in sports and family life.

Now that the summer is coming, I might play less because of kids. Poker is a good game to learn and practice though so I will sure take it up again after some type of break. I really hope the "gamedev workshop for kids in school or youth centre" will 100% come to life, I would be very happy to work with kids and develop games together.
