Thank you very much for this excellent tip with this Podcast. Soon I'm going to hear all of it and write a comment on YouTube where I watch such videos

Thanks for your thoughts, I'm just getting into the world of poker blogging._confused:
You can take a look around and see what you think.

Oh nice thank you very much for the link. So you are here with two blogs at the same time? Why not just one blog? But sounds interesting really.

You traded your won price against the silver Status???? That's actually quite something. A move I don't understand honestly.

I usually switch off the chat (on PartyPoker), even though it can give you valuable informations! You quickly see, who is on tilt - and take advantage of it!! I remember once, in Cash Game (I´m a cash player who has recently returned to the tables), many years ago, it was on iPoker, one player called me a "N*zi", because my location is Germany! Hey, I´m not even a German!! I´m a Hungarian!! :mdr::mdr::mdr::mdr:

But those who curse, insult and make fun in the chat, are very often (drunk) just for fun-recreatonal players, who just wanna have fun and cannot deal with losses. Fine with me! Years ago, I was once an ambitious Sit and Go player, I quit because I couldn´t master the mental game. Won´t make this mistake this time, even though I only play recreationally. But I learnt, how extremely important the mental game is!!!!! :f_wink:

Hello
I read most posts, but just don't reply all that much

It's good to hear that things are going fairly well

Gmail: Made a browser extension that blocks me from checking my email more than once per hour. Seeing the message “You last checked your email 2 minutes ago” (or indeed sometimes “0 minutes”) really drives in how shockingly automatic this action is. Also I turned off Gmail phone notifications long ago.

What tools or language did you use to create the extension?
I have a pile of gmail accounts for different purposes, and I check my mail 3 times a day only, and like you I turn off notifications

Vibe coding, ie. in this case literally just told ChatGPT o3 what I want and asked it to do it for me. Turns out browser extensions are really straightforward javascript for the most part.

Now why didn't I think of that!
I use perplexity.ai for my coding chores (usually using python, but sometimes autohotkey) but I never thought of creating a browser extension.
