Preflop: Hero is BB with A[:club:], 8[:spade:].
1 fold, UTG raises to t120, SB calls t90, Hero raises to t360, UTG calls t240, SB calls t240.

Flop: (t1080) T[:spade:], 4[:spade:], 7[:club:] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG bets t3570 (All-In), SB folds, Hero calls t1350 (All-In).

Turn: (t6000) 5[:spade:] (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: (t6000) 9[:diamond:] (2 players, 2 all-in)

Final Pot: t6000

Question I have - should I have called his all in...

First hand I ever posted incidentally - so there's probably loads wrong with it... any thoughts gratefully received

A8o out of position, easy fold for me preflop... as played preflop, easy fold on the flop.. I don't see you beating anything here.

That was my first posted hand and I really appreciate the feedback. I'm going to study the hand charts and guide articles like suggested until I'm more comfortable with my decisions then start splashing out my seed capital. It's nice to know that when I hit a spot I can't work out there's folks happy to give feedback, which hits home more than trying to tell yourself off in isolation!
