One more crazy ass Friday over on poker tables. Have to check some hands tomorrow but for most part it was just opponents massively overplaying. Especially one of them. There was few hands where I probably went bit too optimistically for value though.

yes and agreed eventhought I am not a winning player; I played 20k Hands on plo50 recently during the plo Cash Game Championship; why do they not add those 6 max ante tables for plo50 now? (i unterstand that it can not continue rake free) but there should be a proper promotion for lower stakes at some point; showing winning hands and a proper replayer for the mucked; it helps to detect collusion and bots and noone is giving away real strategies anyways at those stakes; what is your Progress where is the bankroll at currently? Maybe the promotion should be that one lowstakes leaderboard Talent gets staked for the Next Championship!

Yeah no idea what their plans with that championship thing is in future. I guess it will be yearly thing. It's bit weird format though so using lot of energy to learning ranges is bit questionable imo. But more reasonable if one is playing mtt as ranges are similar there. Though with bit smaller antes I guess.

But it does help also on HU where ranges are super wide and treating postflop with those ranges is quite bit different. That said I don't play HU specifically and if you play versus other people who are used to 6max it's far from solver stuff. E.g. not many are open raising 80+% or 3betting close to 20%.

I already finished that second BR challenge that was from 3k to 30k or so. Though I don't keep as much money in sites as I am fine playing these plo50/plo100 stakes for now.

Have thought to deposit on stars or some other site with tracker support. Would be nice to see what sort of stats I actually "create" with my current approach.

What actually tracks plo?(of any type, doesn't have to show hud). Does HoldemManager have like Omaha version?

I guess hand to note is the most used one these days. But I think pt4 or hm3 both also support omaha (at least 4 card).

Hello. do you know if there is still a free version of this poker tracker mentioned by you (and to note)? Looking for it but can't find it.

I have not used it but found this on their website: https://hand2note.com/Purchase

It says there would be 14 days free trial with most of the features available.

Though seems to be very expensive with 49$ per month for pro version. Cheaper version being limited to small stakes...

Yeah you should win with the winrate of +196bb/100 at PLO400. That is the only correct outcome that should happen.

Few pots from yesterday:

This was close one on flop. To be honest I was thinking of folding without bdfd but with it felt bit too good to give up. Proved out to be crucial component!

This one escalated from "lets call pre because of minopen" into big one. Thought of shoving flop but not sure if it really achieves anything so went with call. Hand is bit dangerous as 96 draw is not to nuts though I think in game I thought it was and Q also complete T9 but still perhaps we have bit too much. River call from BB is real heroic if nothing else.

This was tempting spot to pull the trigger even though villain had looked bit call happy... But yeah I think 4x+ would have been my value range.

Another bluff spot that ended nicely. Solver actually approves flop and turn though this specific combo would just check river and I guess fold to bet (didnt check if solver would x-r or something). Wild side was that turn was 2/3 check and 1/3 small bet but after checking it would x-shove turn vs 3/4 turn stab. Ballsy stuff. My aim was to get less than nut straight to fold. For river there was bunch of J8 combos bluffing I think also with busted fd some portion of time.

Point is this pot escalated from turn 3bb into 170bb pot for absolutely no reason, lol. Make you wonder what is thinking process in villain shoes. Maybe something like "I want to avoid flushing river and then go for value". Who knows... I did think of leading flop also but can get bit awkward without nutty wrap and no pair blocker.

PS: River lead in general on total blank is super weird line. I probably would not fold anything better and maybe even call some rare two pair with strong support I might raise turn. Though lot of those type combos would raise pre anyway.

Have been steady profit now for while but also bit frutrating still as I have kept losing most of big pots. E.g. 300+bb pots especially in PLO100. Today these two hands. First one I were practically dead. But player behind me just calls my open and only calls squeeze so obviously cant out him onto hand like that...

This second one I complete SB and call BB raise. X-c flop and x-shove turn. Had over 50% in 3way allin.

But yeah lot of smaller pots still did bring it to around 200€ up so not bad and happy with my play for most part.

Tried to login on stars after decade or so. Could remember username and password but then it asks PIN code. Can't remember that but at least it can be sent to email. I get 7 digit code that I try to enter but... It's limited to 6 digits and first 6 digits on mine is not accepted.

So I thought let's connect to chat support. Goes fine and they ask for image of me holding ID next to my face. I sent that but apparently image is not clear enough to see ID details so they ask another one. My mobile (8 years old) camera is not that great so I take images separately so that ID stuff is clearly visible. Not accepted has to be on same image. I try to take new one having ID on my forehead so I can have it bit more clearly with only 3/4 of my face included. Not good enough, can't see ID details.

After that I just said "thanks for this bs, bye". Like literally you have clear image of ID and can very easily confirm it's that same exact one in the face image, Jesus...

What site would you recommend for having tracker support?

I also hate those ID-based systems, you have to be real name with real image that goes electronically through someone's technology then, you can proceed in theory.

I remember when I applied to uni again I wrote to application "I think ID cards is special needs"... didn't get in obv.

Haven't HUD-tracked recently, ipoker has builtin HUD and Stars I don't multitable recently, also the hud of PT4 wasn't working on Stars anyway, the last time I tried.

Yea sometimes security or interviewer gives "no", it can be for whatever reason, they have that right. I remember my mom refused to sell me potato chips from museum buffet' where she works, i had to wait for another worker to buy them.

Have tomorrow bunch of hands to go through from today. Was nasty session start as I just seemed to run into sets all the time in 3bet/4bet pots. After few hour I were down around 900€ but in the end only 200€ down so it's one of those sessions which feel kinda good in the end.

Nice that you are still able to play concentrated and without tilt after getting coolered for like 900 bucks in a crazy game like Omaha.
