These people just want money. What I am doing, I am taking money out of their market to my savings acc. Then I will use that money to play high-edge poker with very small buy-ins. They can dream of that money. Well, not even dream... That money is just gone from their reach of hope...

They don't support my new lifestyle... They hope someone would give them money. I also hope someone would give me money.

Does that happen? It does not. We just spend too much on luxury. The luxury is fading away... Some of these people are already forced to travel.

Had some nice SnG and tourney session, buyins up to 0.1€. Will definitely look to play on all levels (especially up to 1€) when I get the roll. Currently 40€ on savings acc (200€ required to include 0.2€ buy-ins; total savings goal: 2000€). This actually works, online poker as gaming, with good 1000+ BI BRM.

Designed this self-made puzzle game for the children group tomorrow. Will be aiming to give different perspective than "build 3-d open world as fast as possible". Games are meant to be games and fun. (Even though, I have to admit, the genre called "software-like" has been luring around now for quite a while, take "Diablo" 2-D series for example - sometimes the gameplay feels like you are using a software.)

Here is my favorite piece of code for that game. Children really loved it. This code says how the wall destroys itself. Variable "h" is health of the wall.

Morning, waking up in Gran Canaria. It was a bit difficult the Estonian swamp challenge (especially in winter); staying in one place and crushing gamedev. But we did it!

Yeah here in EU too for Estonians, after the Full Tilt scandal in early 2010s they blocked many good sites such as 888, Tigergaming network... One can't fight the law man (a player can't fight the law man) but can only fight in the new leagues...

Had a really nice sleep 10pm to 3am; then meditating for one hour + some easiest ashtanga yoga. At 4:20am I go to kitchen to boil some local coffee. Girlfriend who sleeps next to kids: "What are you doing?? Go back to sleep!!" Me: "Rise and fight, if you want."

The thing is, it's not the first time her 9to5 job rhythm is disturbed. But actually, she wasn't working 9to5 at all when we met, and also the first few years of our relationship.

Also, we are on Gran Canaria island on school break; and she said last night that tomorrow morning "we will leave to another city at 10am"; so far we have been relaxing at home in the mornings till 12am.

I wonder who that person is, who wakes up every morning at 8am and then goes to job? Must be a really motivated person to work on that position, right?

Back from Canary Islands; yesterday I discovered that I have free €1 ticket and 4 hours left till it expires, and they don't allow DoNs for this ticket any more. So I sit down at FLHU SnG with 1 hour time left till workshop in Hesburger, and someone joined the FLHU SnG in 10 minutes! He was a really bad player but got lucky on River like 6 times and won. I played quite well I think, at least very OK FLHE, but yeah sometimes the variance takes it's "toll". First place would have been +1,86€ I think. But yeah super lucky that someone even joined the SnG in very last minute!

Training plan

Event: starting online poker career in year 2037 (11 years from now when my kids are grown-ups)
Training schedule: weekly military training (push-ups, abs, running) + small amount of online poker with 1000+ BI BRM (up to 0.10€ BI tournaments at the moment)

Running mostly in nature, push-ups and abs. Also some 0.10€ DoNs or normal SnGs, if available. Might combine with $0.11 tourneys on Partypoker.

Spring walking in forest yesterday; carrying child + ice skating today; will go running in forest on Monday. What if my goal is overall fitness instead of moving up fast in online poker? My family very much wants ~hiking support etc, that someone would carry (bag or child); it is unbelievable but true that $1 buy-in would be too high stakes. When I didn't have kids I had no such responsibility and could easily grind 5 hours 10pm to 3am at much higher stakes, but with kids if you manage to sleep at the correct time 8 hours (11pm to 7am namely), it is such a blessing as any other time of sleep isn't supporting them. But as the kids grow bigger it is less of a problem, the older kid (9) already goes to school bus by himself at 8:20 exactly every morning.

Was a bit struggling with my video game business, you know, all these money worries and wondering what would make the most $$$; then I went the other way around - buying games and other products. You know all of these devs are constantly competing and trying to sell the same thing in the same place has created a really tough competition on the higher stakes.

So instead of trying to sell faster I bought this sci fi video game "The Last Starship" (2026). There was interesting tutorial inside this game. If you don't watch carefully how it is done with the first engine, you cannot connect the second engine. So I had to abandon the mission and redo the tutorial to see again how the engines are connected.

This made me think: "I should watch the tutorial again about running a business." And there it was, right under my goals and values: the goal of the business: "To offer enjoyable gaming experience and unique creation"

This doesn't require money etc so I can now continue the journey with more clear vision.

Also played an early morning 0.10€ 6-man DoN; +0.08€!
