NL100 74s SB vs BB

Villan: Currently still unknown. He later turns out to be a huge maniac bluff monkey - but at the moment we have no information on him.

Against unknown opponents I like finding out how they re-act to SB steals - and 74s is pretty much the bottom of my range there

Flop: Flushdraw is good enough to try and take down the pot

Turn: I pick up a pair to my FD and together with added equity bet again to fold out his floats, since I don't like check calling here

River: I pick up two pair and value bet against his 1 pair hands - yet he raises me all-in..

Aside from 6h8h no draws got there. Better two pairs or sets should have raised me somewhere along the line to protect. He could therefore be bluff shoving busted draws (QJ) (flushdraws)

Since its blind vs blind though he could have any variety of 2 pairs.

Later I find out he is a huge bluff station that always waits to the river to either bluff or value raise.

I think you don´t beat his river valueshoving range
so you have to decide if he is capable slowplaying flop and turn KT/55/77.
I would call since I´d expect player to raise flop/turn enough times with stronger hands than yours most of the time

yea, villain should be raising set and 2pair on turn for value and protection, unless u have a maniac bluff monkey image XD. On the other hand he might not know that he needs to protect, and be slowplaying; I prefer c/c river vs unknown to protect against this and to let him bluff his busted draws.
When you get a better read on him you can bet oop your low 2pair for value with more confidence.

I like the hand.
The reasonst for preflop, flop and turn are obvious (as SoyCD explained them).

At the river i'd bet, too. And i think after he shoves a fold is probably ok.

The reason is this guy started with $97.85 which is an indicator that he is likely no reg.
If he was a reg this might be more of a bet/call.
As you all said he is most likely to raise a strong hand by the turn.
So at the river his range is very polarized and imo there are more bluffs in it than valuehands.

But he's likely a weak player - he could very well be waiting with his 2pair or set to "see if the flush gets there" before he puts his money in or not.

So i think a valuebet is fine, he can call all kinds of 1pair- hands.
But once he raises his range will narrow down a lot so you're likely beat.
You should not expect a weak player to make a huge bluff vs an unknown (or at all).

So bet/fold the river and -> NH!
