On the flop you want him to fold so I like to bet $20+ here, $18 seems so weak. If he calls $20+ you can be sure you are pretty much beat in this spot, specially since he's oop. Unless he's a loose station.

On turn, I like check behind since he called dryish flop and will prob not fold turn(low FE for semibluff).
You can still hit your straight on river and he will never put you on a 6 here so you prob have some implieds. Also your 66 might be good at showdown =).

Looks like TT,JJ or AQ to me.

+1 ; we want to draw so c behind, not much fe

betsizing in 3bet pots doenst have to be any bigger, coz if we then bet only 100bb deep the same ratio on turn again we re comitted on river alm always, so there s no need to be overcooking it without a good reason to do so /like an incredible calling station - fe on flop is the same, he s not c/c here with air/

I also think you should check behind the turn as long as you don't know if he's capable of folding TT or JJ here.
He also has some Qx in his range, even 87s since he folds to 3bets so infrequently.

Betsizing on the flop is ok btw, he will either call or fold with his medium strong hands so a smaller bet is cheaper.
