you play, then your in the bin.
You may think your winning now,
but a few games later your 3 quarters down.
Now what ? Whats next ? Increase the limit or give it all up ?
Its for you to decide before your bankroll is up !
Bottom line is, poker is -ev in life ! Except for the exceptional few. So my advice to EVERYBODY is; if your not sure fold. TRY SOMETHING NEW !

Read more, play more, that´s the way back and it´s not impossible even if it sometimes feels like that. But I know exactly what you are talking about, lost a big part of my bankroll today ;/
Follow BRM, read and reread articles, attend coachings, learn to control your bad beats and you WILL start crushing the lowest limits and your BR WILL start growing. Maybe slowly and through some sick downswings at times, but in the long run you WILL make money.
Being successful takes a lot of effort and determination. And not only in poker, but in life. Just to give you an idea of my last couple months:
May: -$86
June: -$143
July: -$3
August: +$100
Sept: -$76
October: -$91
Up til Sept its NL25 SSS and after that mostly NL5 SH BSS
If it wasn't for the bonuses on FT and the rakeback, I would be grinding the 1-2c tables. Was I running bad? Yes! Did I make a lot of mistakes because of it? Definetly!
All we can do is to keep working and things will come.
Thank you, all, a bit of motivation. Just feels like when im running bad, the other players can 'smell the defeat' ! You know what im saying ? Whole bankroll gone... now what ?

Dont just watch a few vid's and go ah I have got it now. Look at your own hand history and look for reoccuring mistakes, make notes on them and pin them on your monitor
Play for a week, look at your hand history again....and repeat

know when to walk away, know when to run.
you never count your money when you're sitting at the table
there'll be time enough for counting when the deal is done.

Because in all NL forms of poker your money at the table plays quite a significant role in your decisions... ♦
i didnt really mean anything by it its just a lyric from a song.
but i suppose it means that you shouldnt focus on your winnings/losses while playing
