im calling 1 street here.

could be betting OESD, AK/KQ etc.

my plan would be to c/c all the way down unless the draws complete. then might fold if he keeps showing aggression

Word.

Hi,

If he's a good reg, he will not donk a set, but rather c/r or c/c.

Leaves only OESD QJ and 98 or KQ or AK (i dont believe he holds KT since hes a good reg) and bluffs (total air, small PP's and SC's), so I would go AI. He will fold or you will be in good condition.

I just call here and hope to get as much value out of AK as possible. So call flop, on turn I call again or bet/fold slightly over halfpot if he checks to me

Hi all,

Calling the flop is the only line we should take here. We have position, often the best hand, on a very dry board.

Pushing becomes a bluff actually because if he's a regular (which his stats suggest) he wouldn't actually call with worse than aces. However he could well have worse hands (I'm thinking AK, sometimes JJ, etc.). These hands have very few outs against us.

Basically what viewer88 said. I want to say this as nicely as possible: pushing the flop is awful. Folding preflop > pushing this flop over a regular's donkbet.

EDIT: Thinking about this hand, he might actually fold bottom set if we shove the flop :]

nah why would he, there's no reason to shove this flop with stronger hands, if he realises that he'll call even lighter imo.

because that level of thinking doesn'th appen in SNGs. when people shove, especially good players, in the early stages of a sitngo you don't call just to bluffcatch.

So you would fold 77 here if hero reshoves vs anyone?

I'd probably crying call. But I wouldn't donkbet bottom set. I would snapfold AK though.
