Is my betsizing on the flop and turn good? And is bet/folding 1/2 pot on the river ok here? I don't think I beat anything he reraises with on the river. What could he have? A slowplayed 4? Some flush?

We need more info besides 50% VPIP to determine our river decision but I think I will call that one, he can do that with Toppair as well though i would bet $7.5 on the Turn for value

as payed 15$ on river fold if he shoves I fold min raise too if he is pasiv but ih he is normal agro i'll like to check call river (if u bet 8$ on turn u'll got to check call river, but if he is caling station u got to bet/fold river)

I would not fold river against a 50 VPIP guy, unless he is very passive like AF<1. Also against a fish I also always bet close to pot if I believe I'm ahead. They don't pay attention to your bet sizes anyway.

generally b/f river is ok, just 50% vpip could also min-raise river 89 for value which you beat, so imo you should call min-raise
