Hi Arijelis,
Yes, each member is only entitled to just one starting capital. Attempts to obtain additional capitals via different user names and/or communities are against the terms & conditions of the site.
PokerStrategy do quite often provide additional promotions etc too though, so it's possible that the odd member may be offered a 2nd capital by joining selected poker platforms. These are ad hoc and random however and cannot be specifically requested.
