You've got a stack of $93 only just over pot size why wouldnt he push ai?
I have played almost 1k hands against this guy and I have seen him overbets overcards and draws on the flop but when he has a had he usually bets half- 2/3 pot size even against shortie.

PStars now offers bankwire withdrawals for Philippines.
My Diamond shirt just arrived. The package contains black diamond shirt, PS ID lace and PS Card Deck. I just can't wait to wear the shirt in some live game.
It has been three days since I last played online. I have been sick for the last few days. I am planning to play around 1K hands later.
Congrats on the shirt! Maybe you could put up a graph? it was a long time ago, I want to be motivated by your progress
Last few days of the month was not good for me. I had three consecutive losing sessions. Being sick got into my poker game. I lost a total of -$1363 last weekend.
I did try playing BSS in NL200. I had nothing else to do last Saturday, it was off peak so there isn't much table available for SSS in NL400. I was doing good during the early part but I end up losing $450 when my premium/strong cards did not hold.

November '09 Objectives:
Updated as of November 30
Winnings: $4304/$4500
Clear $650 bonus: Done
PS Diamond: Done
It is a new month that means new objectives.
December '09 Objectives:
Winnings: $6000
Earn FPP to purchase $650 bonus and clear it.
Maintain PS Diamond Level
These objectives are attainable. I do not want to push myself playing a lot of games this month, afterall, it is christmas.
I'm sure it will get better. After all, I think you still had a good month. Good luck on your goals
Hey tac3znarft im from the Portuguese community and just moved up to NL100 SSS are there any tips you can give me?? I pretty much know about ranges adapting against players, breakeven equity and those things!
thanks
I am having a slow start this month. I managed to put some volume this weekend (6k hands) but the result was not good. My sessions were too swingy. I even played BSS on NL200 during off peak cause I was chasing my loses.
I also encountered some problems with elephant. It is taking so much time to load. There were also instances that it suddenly froze when I tried to check the stats while playing. It is so bothersome specially when you are in a big pot and stats suddenly disappear. I am thinking it is with my pc specs/configuration but I hope I can find a solution for this.

Winnings: $273/$6000

PS Diamond: 2.3K needed
the best solution for your Elephant problem is PT3 or HEM.
Seriously, you are loosing money in the long run because you use elephant and the investment will pay for itself very quickly. Also both programs have free trials.
They both work for tourneys.
I'm personaly using PT3, but I think HEM is the better one for SSS, since it automaticaly has positional stats. I configured mine HUD so it also has some of them but overall HEM is better. Also every stat in HEM is divided by action. Example: a players limps UTG, you get to see what is his limp percentage on that position and also what's his fold/call/raise percentage when he gets raised (again exactly for that position).
Also HEM is a little faster I think, since it has a simpler structure.

Ei Pedro,
I think you can add active blind defense and semi-bluff raises in your arsenal. Defending your blinds against 2BB-3BB raises is the key for your BB income since players in this level are now thinking players fish - tag styles.
Two more hours and I am done here at work.
It is a new week and I hope I will have a good session later. I am planning to play around 1K-1.5K hands.
Dec 08 (Morning)
I played almost a breakeven session before midnight but right after midnight I had lost several big pots. At one point I was already losing more than $400 and I was forced to take a short break. I was not able to win coin flips and even those hands where I got the villain dominated.
Again, I end up chasing my loses and managed to win $150.
I am now having problems doing table selection, it is as if SSS'er flocks the table at around 3AM local time (3PM EST).

I was not able to play poker the last two days. I was too busy at work and I was already too tired when I got home.

It has been a while since I won this big. I was forced to take a break when I was already losing $400. Then when I got back, the NL400 and NL600 tables are already too crowded with other SS'er so I decided to play NL200 BSS in 50BB tables. This has always been the trend of my games this month. My sessions are all about chasing the loses I had during the early part.
