SHOULD HAVE RERAISED (BIG - WITH YOUR CHIP STACK) OR FOLDED PREFLOP IMO

I spent most of my bankroll on woman and beer.................

u should not call b/c u need 20:1 implied and his stack is too small. i dont mind reraing though b/c he prob is raing pretty loose from the co. trouble is if he shoves b/c u will be getting nearly 2:1 on your money (assuming to reraise to just over 8k preflop)
